You can be shameless with me

“You are no fun.” Yoo-Na huffed. “I know that.” Ji-Hoon acknowledged nodding his head, getting Yoo-Na irritated. “Don’t you think we should like ditch the event and go somewhere else, just think how romantic would that be?” she was squealing with excitement and Ji-Hoon just hummed not paying attention to her.

Yoo-Na got annoyed but she thought if she acted like she was sulking, he might not care. So, she kissed his cheek in front of all those people but luckily only one or two might have noticed them. “Yoo-Na, everyone is looking.” he whisper-yelled at her as his heart rate was increased up to two folds.

“You dare to ignore me and what about others looking. It is not like you will let me kiss you when we are alone.” she rolled her eyes looking away from him.

Ji-Hoon sighed. “Ok, where you want to go?” Yoo-Na turned her head in his direction in a jolt as if something alien happened, she could not believe her ears. She was shocked but happy, shocked-happy. “Really.” not being able to accept the reality she asked.

“Well, the offer will end in...” he checked the time in his wristwatch and then continued his words, “next two minutes.” he himself wanted to leave this place feeling that there was nothing special today.

“Let’s go to the Han River.” she said excitedly and just like that two of them, without saying a word to anyone else ran away from the boring business event.

...

“Here, eat this. There is still time until the food will be served.” Tae-Hoon said giving Hani an energy bar which he specially kept for her.

“It is ok, I can bear hunger. You can have it.” thinking that he might have brought the bar for himself Hani refused. “Tsk.” Tae-Hoon unwrapped the bar from the top and put it in her hand. “I brought this for you and not for me, you should concentrate on your health. I saw your reports.” he said with a serious expression and her heart fluttered as she looked away taking a bite.

“Thank you.”

“Mention not, you can even order me around if you want to eat something.” Hani gulped down the bar along with her nervousness. Tae-Hoon in that turtle neck sweater was already looking breathtakingly handsome and his gestures were making her melt like an ice-cream would under the sun.

She swore to herself that if that man did not stop being like that then she might deeply fall for him or she might have already fallen for him, who knows?

On the other hand, Tae-Hoon had decided to make Hani feel at home since he had no choice but to accept the truth that he can no longer have that free life he once had with the uncountable number of girls around him.

“Why can’t you drive a car?” Yoo-Na asked looking at the chauffeur at the driver’s seat, being annoyed. “I never felt like learning.” he awkwardly said feeling embarrassed.

“Well, it’s not a big deal but next time if we are going on a date like this then I will drive, he is really upsetting my romantic mood.” she glared at him through the front mirror.

“Date...” Ji-Hoon asked dumbfoundedly.

“Huh, then what do you think we are doing right now. Two adults, in this romantic night, wearing such beautiful clothes, would not be just hanging out as friends.” she made an obvious face.

Ji-Hoon with his red face said, “I really agreed because I think of you as my friend.” he tried to reason with her.

Rolling her eyes, she unfastened her seatbelt and moved towards him. “Mr. Shim Ji-Hoon, admit it that it is a date or else he would need to drive the car with his eyes closed.” Yoo-Na warned him as her body was now a mere centimeter away from him and his body was leaning back, towards the seat while she was leaning onto him and her hands were supporting her position around him.

The chauffeur was praying to God to have mercy on him.

“Yoo... Na...” Ji-Hoon was tongue-tied at her increasing boldness. “So, is it a date or just a friendly hangout?” she again asked, looking at his lips more like warning him.

“Ok... Ok, it is a date. Yes, it is definitely a date.” he pushed her away gently. “Damn, I was really hoping for you to deny it.” she sulked after losing the chance to kiss him. Ji-Hoon sighed in relief as he was able to breathe now but his heartbeat was not going easy on him and he kept swallowing.

“Did your heart fluttered?” she cheekily asked, looking at his flustered face. Embarrassed with his crimson red cheeks he just turned his face in the other direction to contain his poor heart, not saying anything. “I guess, it is a yes then.” she grinned happily having a victorious feeling within her heart.

Se-Young was shivering slightly and kept rubbing her upper arms to produce some warmth but it was not working.

Dong-Hoon noticed and put his blazer around her shoulders. “Thank you, I really appreciate it.” she showed her gratitude. “Any other woman might say, no thank you or may show some courtesy but you said thanks, indeed different.” Dong-Hoon said nodding his head and chuckling a bit.

Se-Young chuckled. “I know you are quite comfortable and I am shivering this much, why would I show courtesy for my dear life.”

“Then you should have asked for it.” he smiled while shaking his head. “I can’t be that shameless.” she slightly laughed, scratching her head.

"You can be shameless with me, I would not mind.” he said looking deeply into her eyes and her breath hitched with that beautiful intense gaze, staring at her and someone passing by accidently pushed Se-Young, since Dong-Hoon was already holding onto her she was safe but their faces were really close now.

Close to the point that if they slightly moved their noses would touch each other's. When Se-Young was out of breath she got back to reality and slightly pushed herself away from him and the environment between them became awkward yet again.
