"What is wrong with you, leave my hand." Se-Young was struggling but Jae-In was not ready to let go before she would hear him out. "STOP IT AN D JUST LISTEN TO ME." Jae-In shouted and Se-Young flinched. "Just listen." he sighed but Se-Young did not say anything which gave him a cue to keep going on.
“First, I am extremely sorry and shameful for what I did and said to you. I promise never in my life I will repeat that.” Se-Young did not faze since he apologized many times already.
“I realized that actually, I am the reason for the situation and not Mr. Shim.” he swallowed in nervousness and Se-Young sighed running her fingers through her hair. “I don’t want to listen anymore.” she said knowing that two more lines from him and she might forgive him.
He shook his head aggressively as if saying ‘you need to listen’, making Se-Young pinch the bridge of her nose. “I am not just sorry towards you but to him as well. I should not have blamed him.
"What should I do with your sorrys?" Se-Young asked with her raised eyebrows.
Jae-In licked his dry lips. “I want to tell you one more thing.” he said as Se-Young sighed nodding her head.
~Flashback~
“Nothing much just first, get along with her, and then I will take care of everything.” Jae-In frowned his eyebrows at Eun-Bi's words.
“I am not doing anything until I get to know the complete thing.” he shrugged his shoulder leaning into the seat back again.
Eun-Bi raised her eyebrows. “Okay, I am going to create a drastic situation to reveal your guys relationship to Dong-Hoon and then BOOM, we will have our own things to do after that.” Jae-In started to laugh out loud like a maniac hearing Eun-Bi's idea.
Eun-Bi did not understand why was he doing so but it made her really upset and offended. “What is wrong with you?” she asked flaring her nostrils.
“You... you really think that will work. What... are you? A teenager.” he kept laughing not believing he was actually talking to the General Manager of the Min Incorporations.
“Of course, it will.” she slammed the cup of coffee on the table, even making the cup tremble with fear. “I suggest you stop your childish acts and focus on your mental health. You have some kind of problem here.” Jae-In laughed, hitting his index finger to his temple twice.
Eun-Bi was really angered and offended by him. “How dare you.” she stood up from her chair in a jolt and Jae-In could not help but laugh again. “God, I have never seen this kind of entity in my whole life.”
Eun-Bi wanted to throw a glass of water onto him but unfortunately, she had drunk the whole glass waiting for him. “SHUT UP.” she shouted getting attention from everyone present in the Hotel.
Jae-In really did stop laughing as he also stood up. “Sorry not sorry, I am not into this game with you. Love is not a game to play, at least not for me.” he said giving her a judging look.
She gritted her teeth and raised her hand to slap him but it got caught in the mid by him. “You cannot get someone like this and both of them are human beings, not toys that you can get your thing by playing them out and keep this hand of yours away from me.” he jerked her hand away.
“And from Se-Young as well.” he warned her to stay away from Se-Young.
“You will regret it bad.” she was still standing there with no shame in her eyes or words.
“Nah, maybe I will... but at least I will not be a pathetic person like you.” he gave her a two-finger salute to mock her and left from there still laughing, leaving a furious Eun-Bi behind.
~End of Flashback~
Se-Young was bewildered hearing the situation.
She gulped looking at Jae-In. “What is your reason to tell me all this?” she wanted to know if he was trying to impress her or he was really sorry.
“I... just wanted to say sorry.” he did a ninety-degree bow. “And also wanted to say that don’t let her create any misunderstanding between both of you.” Jae-In said pursing his lips.
Se-Young blinked but did not correct him about the misunderstanding that he had about Dong-Hoon and her relationship, she did not want him to have even the slightest hope of them being together.
She nodded her head. “Ok, I accept your apology but I still don’t feel comfortable being friendly. Just give me some time, I hope that I will not lose any more people.” Se-Young sighed and left from there riding her scooty.
…
~That day after meeting with Jae-In~
Eun-Bi entered the house, pissed.
Eun-Woo was still not home. “Gi-Myung.” she shouted as a man in his forty came running to her. She was really not in the mood as someone like Jae-In had mocked her and the more frustrating fact was that she could not do anything about him since she had no involvement under Shim's staff.
“Set the table immediately.” he did not wait for a second and ran to the kitchen.
“What’s the matter, little sis. Made a fool out of yourself from someone.” Eun-Woo came forward, getting into the house. His voice was mocking but his face was calm. No sign of anger or frustration.
“When will you stop stalking me.” Eun-Bi retorted.
“The day you are going to stop causing trouble to others.” he shrugged his shoulders and she just rolled her eyes and took her steps away from him to the dining area.
She halted when he opened his mouth once again. “For your information, you can’t leave this house for a few days.” she turned back with a dumbfounded yet furious face.
“What are you talking about?” she gritted her teeth. “Exactly what you heard. I will be handling your work. If you tried to go out, I will send you for therapy again.” he had a serious expression on his face.
