Seelaes's heart dropped out of his chest. After hearing the reason the queen fell in love with their King there was no way a low life from level three could compete against the King for the Queens love. Her love for him was as pure and as bright as the sun. The way she spoke about him with a burning fire of love in her beautiful green gold flecked eyes says it all. And when she said no other male except the king can touch her means that he will never have a chance to be her lover and a part of the queens harem. His face turned solemn knowing that the queen would never love him.
Everyone in the room was staring at the queen with adoration. They now knew the reason she fell in love with their King. She was so small yet her love was so powerful and overwhelming. The King was so lucky to have a queen who loved him with every fiber of her being. No female in Kosea ever loved their mate the way their queen loved their King. It was like fate brought them together for a very special reason. With every passing moment their queen became more loved and adored in the eyes of the people of Kosea. Their queen was absolutely perfect in every way.
Feeling everyone in the room staring at me I shrunk back in my chair trying to hide myself. I wasn't used to all the staring. I always hid in the shadows and now I was the center of attention. I wondered how my cousin ever dealt with it all. I didn't like all the attention it was making me nervous. Helios walked over to his queen and scooped her into his arms kissing her lips with much love in his eyes, as he nuzzled my head he replied with lust in his voice, "My love you entice me with every word you utter. I fall in love with you more every time you speak. You are beautiful inside and out. I am glad you are my queen. Your cousin can never compare to you. Her heart is too ugly dimmed next to your heart that shines brighter than the moon and all the stars in the universe."
Helios peered into my eyes with love as his lips touched mine again. His breath was hot against my pale smooth lips. Not caring that everyone in the room was staring at us, Helios's fingers entwined in my hair gently pulling my head back as his kiss grew stronger and more passionate, our lips locking with ferocity. Elnath swooned in the corner, Seiphe drooled and made goo goo eyes at us as she wished she were in the Kings arms instead, Lukux whooped and cat called from the table as he hollered his agreement. Seelaes's face turned dark slouching in his chair as he watched the King making out with his Queen. The king was so arrogant the way he treated her in public. She looked like a delicate little doll in his arms.
Breaking away from our kiss I hid my face in Helios's chest as I heard Lukux cat calling from the table. I was so embarrassed. Everyone was watching us kiss. How can Helios be so daring in front of everyone? I was not as bold as he was. If only my cousin could see me now. She would just about die with jealousy if she saw me kissing a God from the Stars. Helios chuckled when he heard my thoughts. Hearing his queen calling him a God from the Stars only wanted him to show off more as he kissed his queens eyelashes, nose, cheeks, and forehead, everyone laughing at the adorable couple.
Helios still holding his queen sat back down on the stool at the bar his queen in his lap. He continued to play with my curls as the adults continued to talk about their new statues and how they were going to be moving closer to the castle. I was waiting patiently for a moment where I can speak. Helios who heard his queen wanted to speak looked down at her and said, "my queen do you have something on your mind that you would like to talk about?"
I wasn't ready to be put on the spot. I looked around nervously before I stuttered in a whisper to Helios, "I can't pronounce everyone's names here. I was wondering if I could call them by a different name. I feel awful for not being able to say my friends names. I didn't want to tell them that directly because I was thinking it would be rude. Would they allow me to give them a nickname?
Helios was stunned. A female only gave names to those who where close to her. Never has a queen given a name to those she just met. Someone can be friends with the queen for twenty million years and never receive a new name given by the queen. His queen was already wanting to give names to her friends. Helios looked up beaming as he said, "gather around everyone my queen wants to give everyone a new name!!!" A new name!!! The queen is going to bestow a new name to her friends!!! Everyone in the room cheered excited to hear their new names.
In Kosea it was a great honor to receive a name from the queen. No queen has ever given a name to her chosen this soon. It was unheard of. She was so kind and generous. No wonder her mate marks had colors. Her mate marks showed the colors of her heart filled with a beautiful rainbow of radiant light. Everyone surrounded the queen to receive their new titles with honor.
I hesitated confused as to why they were so excited for me to give them a name. I thought I was being rude for not being able to say their names and now they are happy about getting a new one? They must really like nicknames here or something.
I mulled over what I should call them and settled on giving them a name similar to their original name but something that would be easier for me to say.
First up was Elnath, I looked up and down before I replied your new name will be Eleanor it means "the other Aenor" or mother you are like a mother I never had so I want to give you this name to resemble you.
Next was Arthruea, "I want to give you the name of Arthur, it translates to strong as a bear. You will make a great protector with your strength as you stand by my side.
Seiphe was up next, I want to give you the name of Sophie. It means wisdom. As we become closer friends I hope you will guide me with your wisdom of how to be a female and show me the ways a female is supposed to do things in Kosea. You can guide me in all the ways of a female and show me what there is to do in Kosea.
Next was Lukux. I want to give you the name of Lucas. Your name means light giving or illumination. I hope you will continue to make me laugh in the days that follow always keeping a smile on my face.
Last was Seelaes. He was almost bouncing on his feet as he waited wanting to know his new name and it's meaning. I want to give you the name of Silas. It means man of the forest. You are my forest and my shield. Whenever I am in danger I will run into the arms of the forest for protection when the King can't be there for me. I will rely on your strength to protect me when I am weak. Silas was thrilled about his new name. His queen has chosen well. One day he hoped the queen would run into his arms. He will carry her to the ends of the earth in order to protect her.
Everyone was buzzing about their new names when all of a sudden their ID tags around their necks began to glow. With a flash their old names were wiped clean and their new names appeared on their ID tags with the meaning of their names engraved at the bottom. This was turning out to be the best day ever. They got to meet the queen, ranked up to friend of the queen, and then ranked up again to protector of the queen, and now she has given us new titles with special meanings behind everyone of their names!!! Their queen was a God Send.
I looked to Helios and said, "I don't want to change your name. Your name on earth translates to sunlight. You are my sunlight that lit up my darkness. Your light is my guiding force when I need you most. Your name is too perfect to change. I absolutely love your name the way it is. Helios beamed with pride when he heard the translation of his name. He was glad she didn't want to change his name. She said it was perfect. Everyone also loved the translation of the Kings name. They thought it fit perfectly with his connection to the Queen.
Everyone stared at me wondering what the meaning was behind my name. Unlike everyone else I didn't have a cool meaning. I told them my name means 'port of ships'. I looked downcast about the meaning behind my name. I always wondered what my birth parents were thinking when they picked my name.
Helios heard my thoughts as he looked down on me. He smiled as he said, "you are no longer on Earth, today I will bestow a new meaning to your name. From hence forth your name will mean 'starlight' for you are the stars that shine in my heart lighting a way to see. Your eyes light up like stars when you gaze at me. I want your name to mean starlight. Tears streamed down my face when he said this. He picked a beautiful meaning to my name. Helios kissed my tears away holding me tight in his arms. Everyone agreed that the new meaning of my name for perfectly with Starlight for their queen was a beacon of starlight in their lives.
As the days festivities died down my Queen yawned as she turned leaning her head against my chest her eyes began to droop. Eleanor walked up to the queen asking, "should I make her more food? It looks like she lost her energy again." She was worried how fast the queens energy depleted. At this rate they will run out of food to keep her going. "No it's alright. Unlike us my queen sleeps through the night. She will awaken when our sun appears referring to the moon with three rings. I love to watch her when she sleeps. She's adorable when she talks in her sleep."
Silas looked at the sleepy queen as he realized that she's only half her age now since she slept half her life away when she was on earth. She just seems to be getting younger as he got to know her. How can the queen be so weak and delicate yet have the strength to stand up to the King when he was going to kill them earlier. No wonder she has no strength. She needs to eat and sleep in order to function. He wished the queen could sleep in his arms. It wasn't fair the King got to her first. Maybe things would have been different if she saw me first. Would her heart eventually have room for two mates?
Helios said his goodbyes as he carried his Queen flying back to the castle. He entered his chambers where he laid his queen down on his bed and climbed in next to her. Her breathing turned shallow as she finally drifted off to sleep her chest rising and falling slowly her breasts glowing in the moonlight from the skylight window from above. As his queen slept Helios hesitated before reaching out to grasp her breast and slowly began to massage them. He was fighting back the urge to want to mate with her again for a male can not mate with a female without some form of permission. His queen was so beautiful when she slept. He wanted so badly to mate with her under the stars again like they did at the mating ceremony. He smiled down on her knowing that he had picked the best meaning for her name, 'starlight'.
