Yu Shen used the space stone again to reach the Human Realm. He couldn't use it endlessly but three times before it needed to get spiritually recharged with god qi for a month.

He arrived above Lin Meng's Palace and broke the formation after finding its weak point with chaos energy in his eyes.

He entered and used his spirit sense that was filled with chaos energy to cover the entire palace. Chaos energy was virtually undetectable unless it was filled with some kind of 'intent' like killing intent or something else.

'What the fuck!?' Yu Shen rarely cursed but even he couldn't help himself after seeing the pathetic sight in front of him.

He lost his mood to fight and just appeared in front of Lin Meng.

"Ouch" Now being in a Half God's body he wasn't actually hurt by just falling on his behind, It was just a subconscious reaction.

The Confusion on Yu Shen's face increased.

"U-uhm W-well" He stuttered, not being able to properly form a sentence.

"You..... Sigh, Just Stop" Yu Shen couldn't figure out what was going on so he directly sent chaos energy in his eyes and peered at Lin Meng's soul and his eyes widened in disbelief.

"You...How did you take over Lin Meng's body and who are you?" He asked raising his guard as Lin Meng's original soul was gone and a totally different soul was in its place.

Someone that could just casually take over a Half God's body wasn't someone he could take lightly.

"STOP I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT!" Yelled Lin Meng not wanting the situation to turn into a fight in which he would certainly die.

'Fuck' He cursed, Remembering the facts about Yu Shen's cultivation technique that were stated in the Novel and if it weren't for 'that' Lin Meng would've never been able to defeat Yu Shen, Actually no one would be able to.

Yu Shen still didn't drop his guard

"Explain"

"I....I was just sleeping when I woke up in Lin Meng's body, I-I don't know how I'm in his body but trust me I don't care what you do, I'll never get in your way, Just leave me alone goddamnit!" Stated Lin Meng Cursing his fate for waking up in such a retarded situation without a golden finger.

If it wasn't for the fact he knew Yu Shen wasn't some murderous idiot that would kill everything he saw then he wouldn't have any hope left.

Yu Shen just stood there trying to understand what he just heard.

This guy woke up from sleep and found himself in one of the top cultivator's body.

Lin Meng gulped from the terrifying pressure, If he wasn't a Half God 'himself' he would've already peed himself.

He didn't know how Yu Shen would react once he found out that he was just a villain in a fictional novel that ultimately lost to the protagonist in the end.

He slowly nodded and allowed Yu Shen to place his hand on his head.

Yu Shen sent chaos energy through his hand and grasped Lin Meng's soul from inside his body and pulled it out.

What came out was a kid around 18-19 years old with an ugly face and a thin body. He noticed a golden light in the center of the soul, His eyes widened and excitement appeared in them but he didn't interfere with it.

He covered his hand in chaos energy, even though it wasn't visible and placed it on top of his soul and slowly read through every memory in detail.

After some minutes of heavy silence, Yu Shen started laughing like a madman. Though it terrified Lin Meng because his laugh was so chilly and dark that it sent shivers down his nonexistent spine in his soul for𝗆.

His laugh slowly subsided and his face turned expressionless. He looked over at the soul that was looking at him with a terrified expression.

He forcefully put the soul back in Lin Meng's body and after seeing him get back in control, asked "Do you want to live?"

Lin Meng hurriedly nodded with an elated expression.

"Then do as I say and If you try anything funny then I'll torture your soul and make your life worse than hell"

Said Yu Shen absent-mindedly, Still absorbed in trying to decipher what he just found out. It was just too shocking for him.

Lin Meng nodded his head and heaved a sigh of relief 'At least I survived, I'll see if I can somehow escape from him later. Let's just do what he wants'

"I'll be imparting you a technique to help you master your powers faster, I want you to barge in The Heaven Realm and start a fight with me, Like what happened in that 'novel' from your 'world' " Said Yu Shen as his eyes turned chilly when he mentioned 'your world'.

"Once you start fighting me I want you to do these things" He said and placed his hand on Lin Meng's forehead, Transmitting the details of the technique and information on how to use various laws as well as what he had to do once he reached there.

"T-This" Lin Meng's eyes widened to epic proportions as he understood what he had to do.

He gritted his teeth as he understood what Yu Shen wanted but didn't say anything and nodded his head. It wasn't too hard for him to do that even if he felt like it was a bitter pill to swallow.

"Remember that I'll award you well once you complete what I've told you to do" Yu Shen said. He didn't want any complications, He had noticed the large amount of fate energy in the soul of 'Ryu'.

He would keep this 'Ryu' by his side and use him till he's offered everything he has and finds a way to devour his soul.

This might just be his ticket to True Godhood and if the information he received was true then he wouldn't have to wait for a few thousand years or something to search for a new method.

Lin Meng's face lit up at the mention of an award.

"Fine I'll do what you say but when Do I have to attack?"

"Hmm, Next week"

"Okay"

Glancing at Lin Meng once more he summoned his space stone and disappeared from there.

Lin Meng sighed at his pathetic fate and slumped down on the Throne in the room.

He was depressed but cheered himself up

'Well not everyone becomes a Half God the moment they wake up and I should try to master my powers, can't have Yu Shen dissatisfied or he might Thanos snap me out of existence'.
