Unlocking Demon eyes

Tobi was astonished this time, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Wasn't the system contradicting itself by adding what he couldn't use yet? Or maybe it could be a glitch?
After fully examining the system attribute panel for some time and finally came to a realization.

'Is this because I have yet to begin to properly walk so I can't use agility, but what about Mana Sensitivity?'
'How do I unlock it then? Or will it automatically unlock itself?' Tobi had a confused expression.
No matter how much he thought about it he couldn't find an answer. The system notifications that always popped up to give him guidelines or hints to questions like this, seemed to be silent.
'This means I can't add points to agility and Mana Sensitive, since I can't add it yet, then I guess I will just stockpile the attribute points then.
'I don't want to appear too monstrous, or scare my mother or even the whole family,' Tobi thought to himself, even though he was still new to this type of life he didn't want to overdo it and bring himself unwanted attention.
After adding the points he did to his attribute earlier, he could feel the monstrous increase in strength and felt if he added any more points again, it might probably cause more harm than good.
He placed both his hands on the gap within his wooden baby cradle and clenched it tightly.
'Hnmm' Tobi was able to feel his hands were slowly making a dent, on the wooden cradle.
'Huff!' He stared at the dent mark on the wooden cradle, before staring at his little red flushed baby hands in shock and astonishment, which was also returning to it healthy pink, he couldn't believe with his tiny hands he could perform such an inhuman feat.
If this was on earth, he would be the next Superman thing, 'Damn, is this what it feels like to be strong? Even on earth I probably wouldn't be able to do such without wounding myself.' Tobi thought with a surprised and dumbfounded expression.
The wooden cradle he made a dent on was stronger than earth woods, although he didn't know how much stronger it was, he knew a baby wouldn't even think of doing what he had just done.
'This is it.' Tobi smiled to himself, as he clenched his little hands.
'With this system, I can finally achieve an unfathomable dream in this world!'

In a few seconds, after he was done cultivating the demon meditation technique, Tobi slowly realized something amidst the sudden epiphany he was experiencing, he noticed a double notification had popped up at the top of the system panel in his line of sights.

After letting his eyes roam through the first, Tobi's expression was reeled with euphoria, as he looked at the second notification on the system panel.

Tobi was feeling excited because even though he knew drinking milk and cultivating would give me him exp and attributes points, he wasn't sure about what effects leveling up would bring, but now he was.

'It truly added... Leveling up indeed adds extra attribute point to each attribute stats.' Tobi stared at the system panel, with a fierce look.
While he stared at it, he began to forge a plan in his mind, 'Since the system can level up, then increasing my exps will come naturally with attributes points.
'Now that I know that the system has this type of function, that means I have all the time to grind enough attributes points at least before the system goes through a glitch or stop the leveling function for real.'
Tobi noted the increase in attribute point and exp, on his mind.
He decided, he would cultivate diligently in order to gather enough exp to level up.
'Before I forget, the system notification explained I had cultivated Demon eyes, though it seems interesting, I wonder what it could be? Would it make me grow an extra pair of eyes again?' The Demon eyes caught his attention. Since of recent he barely knew why he had grown an extra pair of eyes, maybe the demon eyes could explain a few things or a hint about his extra pair of demon eyes.
After thinking for a while, he decided to check the B, A, S{Bloodline, abilities, and Skills} interface.

He stared at the Demon's eyes for a moment, wondering if some hidden information would pop up or not, below the ability.

The more Tobi read, the more he was beginning to be amazed and astonished, after he was done reading, he realized he might have subconsciously activated the skill partially since he could see dark areas as clear as day, 'Is this X-light vision or Dark vision?' Although he could use the ability, he didn't know how to distinguish the function of X-light vision from Dark Vision.
