This energy is used to mainly empower supernatural cells. One can get them by consuming evolution materials. These supernatural cells suck magic energy to manifest one's superpower in the real world.

Elliot, once the son of magicians in the channel opening stage, now lives the life of an orphaned and poor boy. 

Elliot is the weakest magician to ever exist in the world, a world where the strong are respected and the weak are disdained.

Awakened: Evolving to Godhood

Elliot breathed raggedly; his heart throbbed in excitement, but his body quivered in pain each time he did so. Heck, even his hair was wet as if he had just taken a shower, and he was sweating profusely from every part of his body. Not a single spot on his body was left untouched by the pain he just experienced. From the twitching of his veins to the lungs that squeezed tightly to suck in oxygen, each part of his body showed traces of the torture he had to endure to advance to a realm never heard of before in the magician community.

Worst of all, he felt a golden line of lava stretching from the center of his right palm to the top of his shoulder of the very hand he uses to do a lot of things.
