Chapter 4: Goodbye

Sunny's POV

Isabella was just silent at all time while we're on the car. I want to ask her and talk to her if she's okay but I chose to also stay in silent until we got on her condo.

When we got to her condo that's when I notice her swollen eyes. "Oh my god Isabella why your eyes are swollen?" I asked.

"Because I cried, duh," she said with her meany attitude.

"Even if you're getting hurt your still savage and mean. You know let's just sit here and I will bring water for you," I said while helping her sit then I go to her kitchen. After a while I went to her and let her drink her water.

"You know you can share me anything right?" I asked. She just nod to my question.

"If you want to tell me something you can tell me but if your uncomfortable, it's okay we can just eat this and rest so you can have enough energy for tomorrow. So you want to just eat this or not?" I ask again.

"Let's just eat Sunny," she simply answered.

"Okay let's just eat this and then rest," I said then we dig in to the food. After we rest for a bit we go to her bedroom to sleep.

Liam's POV

I suddenly woke up when I felt there is someone who is jumping on my bed. "Why you're jumping here on my bed?" I asked.

"Because that was mom said earlier so I can wake you up," John explained. He even pout and make a puppy face so I won't be mad for him that affects me.

"Fine I will go and get up don't make that kind of face. You know I can't resist that kind of cuteness. I will go up and freshen up and wait me here," I explained then get up and go to the bathroom.

"I will Liam," he said.

After I finished showering I got out of my bathroom and go to my closet to pick my clothes that I will wore today. After I pick my clothes and wore it I face my little brother.

"Okay I'm ready let's go and eat our breakfast," I said then he nod happily. I let out a giggle because of his cuteness.

After we got out my mother greet me. "Good morning to the both of you. So Liam you said yesterday you're going to work now right?" my mom asked.

"Yes mom that's why I dress up so I can be presentable today," I answered.

"Where are you going again?" John asked.

"I will go to work John but if I'm off to work I will bond with you all day. I'm sorry John," I explained.

"Okay but take care of yourself there and rest if you're getting tired. Okay?" he said.

"Sir yes sir," I said then let out a giggle.

After I finished eating I got up and bid a good bye to them. I walk until I got to the nearest bus stop. I wait a minute then I got into the next bus. I sit on the nearest sit so I can go out easily.

After some minutes I got on to the company. I entered inside the company and head to the office where Ms. Ong said to me.

I got in to the elevator when I saw Ms. Ong and Ms. Avery going in my location. I prevent the elevator to close. "Thank you so much Mr. Carter," Ms. Ong said then I gave her a soft smile.

"What floor are you going Ms. Ong and Ms. Avery?" I asked politely.

"Just the same floor as yours," Ms. Ong said.

While we are waiting I peek on Ms. Avery's face because she's so quiet. While I'm staring at Ms. Avery I flinch by Ms. Ong's voice. "So are you ready to start the work Mr. Carter?" she asked cheerfully.

"Yes Ms. Ong I'm ready and always ready," I said.

"Well that's nice you should always have that kind of personality. You're gonna be the one who will take my works as Ms. Avery's secretary. You should always be by her side. You should always do that," Ms. Ong said.

"I would be happy if he stay away 10 feet apart from me," Ms. Avery coldy said.

"Oh my god Isabella he's being kind to you don't be rude to him," Ms. Ong said.

"Why would you call me by name when you're on my com--," she pause when Ms. Ong said something.

"I'm not working here anymore Isabella so I can call you by your name okay," Ms. Ong said.

"Whatever," she simply said. She got out first then Ms. Ong. I also walked out of the elevator.

"Oh before I forgot, your office will be here so it will be easy if Isabella/Ms. Avery need something you can go there," she explained. She also explained some things that I need to do.

"Okay so I already said to you the information you need for your work so be a good secretary. I know it will be so stressful but I promise it's worth to be here," she said and then shake my hands with her.

"Okay I need to go to her office to bid goodbye so I gotta go," she said then go to Ms. Avery's office.

Isabella's POV

While I'm currently working I heard a knock on my office door. "Come in," I said.

I saw Sunny entering in my office so I paused my work to talk to her. "So are you done talking with that young man?" I sarcastically ask.

"O my god Isabella your still mean to him? Why don't you just be nice? It's free though," she said.

"Whatever. So you're going to my dad's company now?" I asked again.

"Yeah that's why I'm here to bid a goodbye," she answered.

"Can I hug you?" I sadly ask.

"Why not, here come here," she said.

I went to her and hug her. "I will gonna miss you Sunny," I sadly said.

"Don't worry I will visit you here or you can go there if you want. We can have a call together so don't worry," she said.

"Okay I think I should go now Isabella so I won't be late from my flight," she said.

"Do you have anyone to escort you in the airport?" I asked.

"Yes your dad ask some of your body guards so don't worry I will be fine," she answered.

"Should I go with you in the airport?" I asked.

"No I'm fine you also need to work here so I won't bother you," she said.

After she said goodbye to me there is someone who knock on my office's door. "Ms. Ong we should go now so we won't be late," a body guard said.

"I will go now take care of yourself okay," she said. I just nod to her. I wave to her for the last time then sit at my chair. "Now I will spend my days with my new secretary, tsk hope he will not pissed me off," I said to myself.
