In Adel's eyes the wolf didn't seem to be the same one, the same being that had made a truce with a vampire, in order to protect the woman that the two of them loved with all their existence.

He had felt the same when the wolf loose it back at the manor, the wolf had heard their conversation but what bother Adel the most was that he didn't even realize the wolf was standing outside the glass room when he was talking to Melissa.
