" So I suppose that the general of Light kingdom who is famous for his strength and leadership skills, won't be that dumb right? ", Shou looked at the general and said him in a straight way.

The general knew what Shou meant. Shou wanted him to talk about the king and try to rebell him. " Just who is he? The King has been acting carefully these days just to make sure that no one knows about his plan. But this kid.. he must be around age of 16 or 17. But he can see thorough the king's mask that even the Princesses don't know. Who is he? " , the general was curious about Shou and he was also suspicious of him.

" I understand that you are now hesitating. However, you can rest assured. I am not an enemy. And your highness, Mei Shu, is just outside of the tent , listening to our conversation. " , Shou said to the general while lifting his head towards the corner where Mei Shu was.

The general was shocked when he heard that. He then said in a loud voice but not in a very loud one, " WHAT!! YOU BROUGHT THE PRINCESS WITH YOU?? ARE YOU PUTTING HER IN DANGER?? DO YOU EVEN HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT COULD HAPPEN!!?? "

Shou smirked and answered in a calm voice, " Low your voice, general Tianyu. Your voice just now can put not only us but also Princess Mei Shu in danger. "

The general was frightened for a second and he then came back to his senses.

He sighed and told Shou, " Boy you are quite intelligent and cunning for your age. However, you shouldn't use your brain too much or else that brain will bring you disaster. "

Shou became a bit impatient and spoke to the general un a little rude voice, " Old man. Stop nagging. I am asking you about the king. Don't say anything useless and piss me off. "

Just while saying those, the general's voice was trembling. Shou answered, " General Tianyu, I know you are worried but do you think he is dumb? That guy is just acting dumb. Actually he is cunning as well. He is only showing that dumb personality just to cover up himself. I suppose our conversation end here. Thank you for cooperating with us. Then please excuse me now. " Shou bowed to the general and left the tent. Then he went to Mei Shu.

" I guess you have figured all of it now. We should save the king before it's too late.

Mei Shu nodded and they two quickly left the military camp and rushed back to the country.

Mei Shu's POV

* Shou said that the enemy is dumb at first but earlier, he said that he isn't dumb but cunning. Now I figured that he was just telling me that because he didn't want me to worry very much. When I first saw him, he was like a weak guy. But I also felt that he was quite lonely the more I got to know him. I would always see him alone in the castle and he goes out often. However, he doesn't make any friends or even some supporters or allies. But he always helps me and my country no matter what. I.. *

" MEI SHU!! " ,Shou shouts.

Shou's voice interrupted Mei Shu's thoughts. " unm sorry what is it? " , she asked.

Shou scratched his head and said, " Well you are a Princess and the gap between us is really wide . It's not polite for me to call you Mei Shu. And if I call you Princess, sometimes others might be mistaken. There are other Princesses too that's why. So what should I call?"

" Right. He only calls me Mei Shu or sometimes Princess. We don't have nicknames to call eachother. ", Mei Shu thought.

But actually she misunderstood. The reason why Shou asked her that was because he didn't want any rumours about him and Mei Shu. That would probably ruin her reputation. A regular guy like him calling the honourable Princess by her name would cause such a fuss. That's the reason why he said that.

Mei Shu thought for a while and then replied to Shou, " You can call me Mei then. " , she smiled.

Shou was dumbfounded. He didn't mean it. He was asking about a formal name.

" What I meant was about some formal name. I will surely add Princess but should I just call Princess Mei Shu or some other names. That's what I meant." , Shou said to Mei Shu awkwardly.

Mei Shu was embarrassed to hear that. She immediately answered Shou awkwardly, " O..Oh t.. then you can just call me Princess Mei" , Mei Shu laughed awkwardly.

" Ok then. Princess Mei " , saying it, Shou smiled brightly.

Mei Shu blushed seeing a bright smile on his handsome face. " L... Let's go quickly now" , saying it to Shou, she quickly speed up her horse and rode fast. Shou was left behind wondering why she suddenly rode so quickly.
