Chap 33. Scanning for Assholes

Had officially begun.

As they walked through the gates leading into the abnormally bright school they kept receiving dirty looks from passer-bys.

Theo, who could see all these rude, judgemental people only ignored them and continued to walk behind Alisha.

"Dont worry about the dirty looks your getting, theres almost always assholes so seeing new people like you two, they probably thought they found someone to finally bully." Alisha explained loudly as she walked by the exact people she was talking about. Theo snickered when he heard Alisha and Astro only shrugged.

"Assholes.. will always be assholes." Astro stated loudly, he got the hint that the exact assholes were around them because of Alisha's raise in voice so he only followed.

"Mhmmm" Theo hummed with a hint of a smirk playing on his lips.

"Anyway, no one ever cares about assholes, so why don't we talk about something else.." Theo commented, he didn't even want to waste his breath on those people and Astro nodded.

"Ok, well, I'm not sure whether you know or not but you two will be in all the same classes except one. Because Astro gets one free period, Theo you have fighting class instead." Alisha broke the news to them, Theo had his mouth in a o shape whilst Asteo had a frown on his face.

"But-", "No buts, I'll be with him when he has free period because I asked for my period to be changed." Alisha commented without looking back, meanwhile Astro shrugged.

"Anyway, we're close, the office is just around this corner" Alisha said as she turned the corner, Theo followed right after while Astro could only follow, infront of them stood a majestic looking office.

To enter the office, there was two huge doors with intricate designs on it, on the sides there were huge lions laying down on a stone pillar.

If one were to look at the office, they would truly be mesmerised.

And that's how Theo was, he stood stunned as he looked at the office in absolute mesmerisation, Astro was only confused on why they stopped walking.

Alisha continued walking as if the office was no big deal, Theo quickly followed when Astro tapped him on the shoulder.

They soon walked into the huge office that had high roof and was almost void of people.

If I were to be honest, if you were stunned by the outside appearance of this office then you might as well be frozen in time when you see the inside.

Gold, all gold. Wherever Theo looked his mouth opened wider and wider, if he could, his jaw would probably be lying on the ground right now.

"Hurry up!" Alisha called when she turned around and saw them standing there like they were frozen in time. Her voice echoed throughout the office and a few of the workers there looked over to see the drama that may unfold.

Sadly for them, they got no drama.

Theo broke out of his daze and looked towards Alisha, he had one of those looks that said, 'why.. just why..' Nevertheless, he still ended up following her to the reception desk.

"Hello, how may I help you?" The woman at the front said with absolutely no enthusiam in her voice, she sounded slightly dead and looked it too since she had massive eyebags under each eye.

"Ehm, Hello~ I am here to pick up the timetable for these two." Alisha said politely, she had pointed towards Astro and Theo incase the dead looking woman was also slightly slow in the brain.

"Yes yes, names." The lady asked as she turned to a computer next to her, Alisha didn't keep her waiting and immediately answered.

The lady proceeded to print out the timetables and then collected them from the printer before handing them to Alisha and shooing her away.

'Dumb woman, his obviously fucking blind! Who gives a blind man a piece of paper with no brail!' Alisha thought as he gave the woman a side eye, she gave Theo his timetable and just continued to tear up the other right infront of the dead womans eyes.

"Thanks." Alisha 'politely' thanked the woman with a very big fake smile on her face.

As she was leaving she walked over to the bin and slowly spilled the ripped paper into it. She didnt look back at the woman even once as she walked out the door with Theo in tow.

Theo held in his laughter when he saw Alisha tear up the paper, it was almost impossible to hold it in when Alisha slowly let the pieces of paper fall from her hand into the trash.

He quickly followed when she walked out with a quick flick of the hair.

Alisha decided to give them a quick tour since she knew they didn't know the place at all, she then gave Theo a map at the end of it just incase he forgot the way to each class.

She then decided to take them to their first class which was History which who she liked to call the Angel teacher!

She describes the teacher as the nicest, most caring and passionate teachers of all time!

As they entered the room that was full of people with a teacher infront, the whole room went quiet, not a single sound could be heard throughout the room.

"Hi miss Favor!" Alisha greeted as she waved, Miss Favor waved back with a bright smile on her face, "What brings you here Alisha?" She asked.

"My brother, Astro, and his.." She looked towards them with confusion written on her face.

"Boyfriend." Astro corrected easily, he had a small shine in his eyes as he said that and a wide smile started making its way onto Theo's face.

"..Boyfriend, Theo, are new here." Alisha continued her introduction, Miss Favor smiled as she looked over at the cute couple.

"Hello Astro and Theo, welcome to the class. Would you like to make a small introduction about yourself and then you two can take the two empty seats at the back." Miss Favor gently smiled at the two, "But before that, Thank you Alisha." She smiled at Alisha as Alisha waved goodbye.

"Cya lovebirds!" She yelled out as she left the room.

"Would you like to introduce yourselves?" Miss Favor asked again as she looked towards them both, she had seen Astro's cane and instantly thought he was visually impaired but continued to look at them easily, its not like being visually impaired means your meant to be treated worse then someone who has perfect vision.

Astro gave a small nod, "Can you take me to the front where it faces the students please." Astro asked Theo in which he immediately turned them around.

Some of the students faces were filled with disgust whereas others were filled with admiration.

"Hello everyone, my name is Astro and as you can see I am visually impaired. I am 18 years old and I am finished." Astro made his introduction quick and just wanted to sit down.

"G'day, I'm Theo and I am this fine mans-" Theo gestured to Astro before continuing, "-boyfriend. I love animals and I'm practically this blind dudes eyes haha.." Theo snickered as he looked towards the people.

He scanned the people and instantly checked for those usual asshole faces that just make it so easy to find them.

And thats when he saw it, a friendly looking girl waving at them.

He laughed internally as he walked down the aisle to the back seats.

"Well, thanks for the small introduction, I hope my students treat you well~" Miss Favor smiled at them.
