After another 30 minutes of raining insults, Hornet 02 who was glaring at me the whole time as I continued to insult Hornet 01's 18 generations of ancestors had finally popped a vein. "You stinking brat! Nobody would assume you're mute even if you don't talk. You think your tongue is so sharp huh? Since my brother is unwell at the moment, I will teach you a lesson in his stead!" He proceeded to charge at me as I realized I...may have fucked myself up.

Waving another series of hand seals with my right hand, Spiritual Energy started to gather towards me as I activated [Spirit Eyes] again. Hit by my spiritual attack, Hornet 02 was dazed for a moment which resulted in him tripping. But when he got back up, his eyes were spewing fire fiercely as he charged at me with the intent to kill. It was also at this moment that the amount of Spiritual Energy in the air gathered in the air had reached saturation. I then threw a palm strike at the mass of Spiritual Energy though it probably seemed like I was just palm striking air from Hornet 02's perspective.

Half a second later, Hornet 02 stopped laughing as he was blown back several meters into a brick wall. "Hehehe, laugh some more lah...You didn't even detect that a ball of spiritual energy was flying towards you! Laugh lah, ignorant fool!"

Inside brick wall laid Hornet 02, his eyes bulged and his mouth was hanging open as he couldn't figure out how he ended up in there. Thinking back at how hard he mocked me before suddenly getting slammed into a wall, he couldn't help but cough up blood. 'I was defeated by that kid again?! What have I been cultivating for if I can't even beat up a Body Tempering brat?!' Oh, he coughed up another mouthful of blood, lol.

Since Hornet 01 was dispirited and Hornet 02 was incapacitated, I decided to use the time to heal my other wounds. With a thought, I released tons and tons of Spiritual Energy towards my surrounding before gathering and absorbing it back into my body. My pores acts as a filter and thus filtered all of the absorbed Spiritual Energy into Lingqi before letting it flow through my body. Lingqi, is the purified version of Spiritual Energy and is normally used by Spirit Refinement realm and Soul Condensation realm cultivators. With the help of Lingqi flowing to every part of my body, my body's self healing rate increased by at least 5 folds.

I couldn't help but let out multiple groans as I felt my arm bones and ribs rearranged themselves before they started mending back together.

After an hour of recuperating, my face had lost all blood, my clothes were soaked in dust and sweat, and my body ached everywhere. The pain of my bones mending was worse than a Heaven Tribulation! On the bright side though, I have recovered most of my internal wounds, meridians and bones included.

When I got out of the brick wall, the first thing I did was to acquire some loot from my attackers I worked so hard to defeat. Hornet 02 who also stuck in a brick wall saw through my intentions and threatened me but that's about it. With a flick of my hand, I manipulated Spiritual Energy into a spear before thrusting it at Hornet 01's heart. Even if the enemy was dispirited, it was better for me to quickly kill him before he recovers. After all, it was better to behead a snake lest it comes back to bite you. (I don't know the actual idiom and google's not helping)
