Confessions

It seemed the sun was completely covered with the blanket of the clouds. The weather was freezing but she was still in the balcony, doing what she loves the most.

She didn’t know for how long she played for, all she knew was how long she didn’t. It was as if she was playing for all the time she hadn’t.

She played until her hands started to hurt. She left her piano, but this time without closing it with the leather bag.

She went into her room and sat on her bed.

It was hard for her to believe that she actually played her piano again.

“Karen, are you ok.” Mrs. William asked shattering her.

“Yeah am fine.” Karen smiled.

“Ok, your friends are here to see you.” Mrs. William says.

“Ok please let them in, I’ll be down in a minute.” Mrs. William knew everything wasn’t alright, but she let it slide anyways.

Karen went into her bathroom washed her face before going downstairs.

“Karen.” Sophia shrills hugging Karen, afterwards Anna and Alysa also hugged her.
