The Script of Evil series starts with Meet the Devil. Just in time, quite a few groups of people became aware of the horrible plague that will dump the world into total anarchy and tried to dig in and protect themselves as best they could. The day before the outbreak of the plague, they are scurrying to get ready amidst enmity and distrust. The occult that brought the plague into this world has a small group of chosen ones together with Billy and Kadin. This group, under the leadership of Professor Johan de Ridder, a retired virologist, has a very distinct mission. They must find a carrier of the virus that has a natural immunity against it, bring him/her to a team of scientists who will then, together with Prof Johan, develop an antidote to bring the horror on earth to an end.
Different secluded groups must survive and must guard their supplies against plunderers and highly infectious people who will change into man-eating monsters dependent on fresh blood. Most people are unaware of the sinister role players manipulating events behind the scenes who have different plans regarding the outcome if Prof Johan and his team should find a suitable carrier. Invasion of Evil

Yolandi grabs Deon when he opens the front door and hugs him while she talks over his shoulder. 


 “I’ve been out of my mind with worry, my dear. Don’t do this to me ever again! Where are you coming from?” 


 Deon is still holding his .303 rifle in his right hand. “I rose at first light while you were still sleeping to visit our people to see if they are all okay. They are keeping well but worry about empty shelves and they wanted to know when I will take them into town. I had to explain to them that it might be extremely dangerous and that only the strongest of us can go well-armed into town looking for provisions.” 


 Yolandi hugs Deon tighter. “Armed? We only have this single gun. Do you think Chloe’s warning is true that those spiders that came from heaven changed the people in man-eating monsters? She even told us to wait for seven days before we could even venture to go to town.”
