Transforming from Tie-3 to Tier-4 was simple yet, at the same time difficult. 

Depending upon the race, upgrading condition changes. But for humans, three conditions needed to be met before they could upgrade.

First, absorption of the Chaos energy.

Yes, the same chaos energy which was making changes all around the world. Sensing that energy and absorbing it would not only make humans become powerful faster, but also raise their tiers far above the previous ones.

If in the previous world, humans or any creature could only become as powerful as Tier-3, then in this world, they could become as powerful as Tier-7.

And for that, this first condition was absolute.

Second, raising stats. At least in his own words.
