Shaking his head, Alex stood in front of Hannah, as up and down he looked at Hannah and spoke "Look at you, clothes ripped off, dirty nails, bleeding fingers, if someone saw you they would say, his brother is abusing her or something." 

Hearing the word abuse, Hannah flinched, but her eyes still did not rip away from her brother's bleeding nose, which he did not wipe it or looked as if he did not even know of it.
