*knock knock knock*
"Come in"
Ejikiel said.
"Ejikiel? Is it okay to talk to you for a minute?"
As Jennette said that with a happy tone, Ejikiel was happy as well to hear what she was going to say.
"Of course. What is it?"
"I was going to ask you if your schedule is free for tomorrow. I'm planning to introduce you to my sister, the princess, Athanasia."
"Ah, I see. I understand, I'll clean up my schedule for tomorrow."
"Oh.Did you have something to do tomorrow? We can meet her anytime so it's okay if not tomorrow,yes?"
"No, it's alright. The princess might be busy the next time we try to meet her. So, tomorrow's fine."
"I understand.."
Jennette said that with a low voice and was looking at her fiancé with a sad look.
"...Do you have anything else to say, Jennette?"
"Ah, no.. I was just worried about you since you've been working everyday, until late at night.. Are you okay..?"
"I am alright, you don't need to worry. If that's all, please go get some rest.."
"Right.. Please do tell me if you're feeling unwell.. I'll try my best to help you."
"Thank you, Jennette. I appreciate it.. Go get some rest, i'll see you tomorrow."
"Goodnight, Ejikiel."

at the palace.
"Ah, Jennette. I have to greet his majesty, the emperor. Since they said that it's okay for you to-"
Jennette stopped Ejikiel from talking because she didn't want to hear what he was going to say..
"...I understand. Please do so, i'll see you at the garden with the princess."
Jennette said with a low voice.
"..Right. Okay."
The Garden
Jennette's POV
"Princess?"
She was looking around but the princess wasn't there. So she thought..."Maybe the princess is still getting ready.? I'm really excited to see her!"
Ejikiel's POV
[The princess? What's she doing here instead of being at the garden?]
As the pretty flowers were falling and the sun shining brightly.. The princess's beautiful and diamond colored eyes was more visible than those pretty flowers.
"Princess."
A man with black coat,red eyes,black hair, appeared.
"Lucas!! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at the tower, working?
Athanasia said with a very happy and sarcastic tone.
"Hey. I just don't work everyday inside that boring tower, okay? I'm not some boring, busy guy. tsk."
Ejikiel suddenly thought.. "Lucas? The rumored wizard who saved the princess from dying?... Lucas..."
"Hm? It's whit-"
Athanasia suddenly covered Lucas's mouth to shut him up with a flushed face.
"Shhh. Are you really going to say that? You want to embarrass me? Really?"
She whispered to Lucas.
"Right, right. Okay. So get your hands off of me."
After seeing that, Ejikiel's mind was suddenly filled with questions. "Who is he? What's his relationship with the princess? How are they so close?.."
He walked towards them as he had a smiling face.
"I greet her majesty, the princess."
"Ah yes. What is the young master of the Alpheus Duchy doing here? I am certain that I told Jennette that we'd be meeting at the garden today."
"My apologies, princess. I was on my way to greet his majesty, the emperor but saw you on the way."
Ejikiel said that while staring at Athanasia and Lucas.
"...I see. Father is busy today. He doesn't like being bothered so I suggest you to not greet him instead. I ask you to greet him the next time you visit the palace instead, young master Ejikiel."
"If you don't mind, please do call me Ejikiel, princess."
"Princess. You can't keep your sister waiting, can you?"
As Lucas was saying that, he was glaring at Ejikiel while Ejikiel was glaring back.
"Right. Shall we go now?"
"Yes, princess."
