Riley instructs by his brother to go Pula-Hangin City to look for his younger brother Ramil.

He already stayed in the city for 3 weeks but he did not find any clue about his younger brother at all.

Early the day he heard one of his close friends in the academy Jackson was celebrating his success to complete a Class S mission so he decide to drop by and try to find a clue about his younger brother.

When he arrived at the bar and met Jackson and talk for a well a strange teenager ask him about his brother.
