Spider and Familiar

MG woke up from having a nightmare in a nightmare so he went downstairs and into the kitchen to get a drink. When he got a blood bag from the freezer and went out, Calub scared him outside the doors. MG was curious where Calub went and Calub responded by saying that he was going out for a snack. When Calub was gone, MG stared at the blood Calub wiped off on the towel but suppressed his urges.

The next morning, the sheriff came to the school to talk about two girls missing last night. Dana and Sasha. The ones who were planning to spray paint the Salvatore school. Alaric then explained to them that they had an exchange program so they were allowed to compel or use locator spells to find those two girls. Dorian was out trying to hide the knife so he was out of commission to watch them. He asked for volunteers, so Lizzie being the cocky one because she battled one gargoyle volunteered. Because Calub wanted to prove MG wrong since he fed on Dana once, volunteered as well followed by MG and Hope. So because Hope was going, you know Silver is coming with.

Rafael and Landon were in his room talking about whether Landon will stay or not. Alaric then came into the room saying he had a task for Landon.

The bus arrived and the people that stepped out were, Lizzie, Calub, MG, Hope, and Silver, while Landon came out last. They walked out until Landon bumped into Lizzie and he apologized but they later formed a little circle and talked about their plan.

Lizzie: " MG how about you be the robin to my batwoman."

MG: " Actually batwoma-"

Lizzie: " It was a metaphor." She said before dragging him to the school leaving only Hope, Silver, and Landon because Calub already left. Landon then looked at Hope pleadingly as if to say he wanted to be a group.

Hope: " No," She said before grabbing Silver's hand and going to school. Landon sighed before going to the school as well.

At the Salvatore school in the cafeteria, Rafael was talking with Josie until Jet interrupted spouting something about being an Alpha. Josie wanted to go away but Rafael went with her while smiling towards Jet.

Back at the school of the Timberwolves, Hope and Silver were walking around and a lot of girls were looking at Silver lustfully. Silver was holding hands with Hope so that made some girls glare with hatred but they still had some lust. Landon was all alone doing who knows what. While that was happening, the sheriff and Alaric found Dana's car and Dana's body with a vampire bite. In the gym of the normal school, Lizzie and MG were interrogating a girl while she was doing sit-ups. MG tried to use compulsion but it failed. Alaric called MG since MG had the school's phone and told him to let everyone listen to what he was about to say.

MG: " Oh we split up," He said but got a punch to his shoulder from Lizzie.

Alaric: " Lizzie? I told you to work together."

Lizzie: " In order to find them we had to divide daddy so looks like your gonna have to trust your own group for once. Sorry to disappoint."

Alaric: " Look I'm about to tell you three things, all equally horrifying so I need you to keep your cool so can you both do that?"

MG: " Of course no problem," He said while Lizzie nodded.

Alaric: " Ok 1: Dana is dead. 2: A vampire killed her. 3. I just told the sheriff we had nothing to do with it so I need to know I'm right. Have either of you heard of the vampires at our school feeding?"

Lizzie: " No"

MG: " Nah, we're not supposed to everyone knows that," He said nervously.

Alaric: " Ok good. Call you back when I got more and I expect you to be with Hope and Silver when I do." He said and immediately hung up the phone. But when he hung up, Lizzie looked at MG.

Lizzie: " You are a horrible liar, spill," She told the nervous MG. But back at the accident, Alaric and the Sherif found out that Dana's body wasn't there anymore.

Hope and Silver got a lead by finding a girl with a scarf on in such hot weather and followed her. They followed her to the back of the school where Calub was about to feed on her.

Hope: " Let her go," She said while Lizzie and MG arrived after a few seconds. Landon also arrived because he followed Lizzie and MG.

Calub: " Thought we were cool bruh?" He said to MG.

Lizzie: " Don't bruh him. And we know you killed Dana"

Hope: " Wait Dana's dead?"

Calub: " Look I didn't kill Dana. So yall need to get out my face." He said before vamp speeding out of there. But just when he was about to reach the woods, Lizzie used a spell to make him stop. He turned around and faced them.

Lizzie: " Not so fast Calub."

Calub: " I told you, all I did was feed. Torture me all you want to, but my answer is gonna remain the same. Cuz I didn't kill Dana."

Silver: " He's not lying. Dana is there" He said pointing at the woods. Everyone looked at the woods to see Dana coming out of them. Dana then got on the bench and started to explain what happened. She then felt her neck and that there was a huge bump on it.

Dana: " Oh my god! What is that?!"

Hope: "it's...someone help me out here," She said a little panicked

Lizzie: "It's the mother of all hickeys. You're fine Dana, you're just a little...slutty." She said making Dana upset.

Dana: " Ugh I don't even like any of you. I should be talking to the cops." She said while getting up and ready to leave.

Silver: " Sleep!" He said making Dana fall to the ground.

Calub: " You gotta teach me how to do that," He said amazed.

Lizzie: " So you didn't kill her. You freaking turned her?!"

Calub: " Turned her? You think I wanna listen to that for all eternity?"

Hope: " Well someone did. Meaning we have a transitioning vampire on our hands. So what are we going to do with her?" She said but nobody answered. They then carried her to the bus and laid her down at the back.

Landon: " So let me get this straight. Dana died with vampire blood in her system and came back to life so she is now in transition. Which means she needs to either feed or die?"

MG: " Nailed it bruh. Easy decision right?" He said but caught a strange web from her because he carried her however just shrugged it off.

Calub: " So we give her human blood. It's that simple."

Hope: " Not everyone wants to be supernatural. Some people just want to be normal."

Lizzie: " Dana is traumatized you guys, this is a huge decision. Maybe we should give her a day or two to-"

Hope: " Shell be dead in a day if she doesn't feed." She said while realizing Lizzie wanted her dead sarcastically.

Lizzie: " Oops, I suck at math."

Landon: " You should tell her the truth. My guess is she would be psyched to be at a place like your school. I know I would."

Silver: " Coming from a guy who lied for a whole day, I don't think you should be talking about telling people the truth."

Hope: " Exactly right."

Lizzie: " Yeah that's a good point."

Calub: " Yep"

MG: " ...Um ye, sorry but I got to agree."

Calub: " Yeah but you're a little quiet over there MG"

MG: " I'm a feminist. I'm not going to tell Dana what to do with her body, Landon is also kinda right." He said while looking at the others. Calub, Landon then looked at Lizzie.

Lizzie: " Ugh fine, but she is not joining the drill team." She said while Hope chanted some magic to wake Dana up. Dana then woke up shortly after.

Dana: " Ugh, did I pass out? I don't feel so well."

Hope: " We know how you feel. And it's okay you're just hungry"

Dana: " Anorexia was sophomore year. This is something else."

MG: "You'll feel better after you feed. I promise."

Dana: " Oh, shut up. For real. Even thinking about eating makes me want to..." She couldn't finish her sentence because she started puking making everyone disgusted.

Calub: " Oh damn. What that girl eat?" He said looking at the black puke.

Lizzie: " I think her soul just got on my shoes. Ewww." She said disgustedly.

MG: " Oh I think imma be sick too hugh." He said almost throwing up.

Landon: " Is this normal?" He asked not even looking at her or the puke.

Hope: "She's puking her guts out. Literally! Dana! Dana!" She yelled out again and again but eventually, Dana puked everything out and by that I mean all her insides came out into a liquid. All that was left was the flat skin-like body of Dana.

Hope: " Should we call your dad?"

Lizzie: " Why? So he can ask you to help him again?"

Hope: " No. Because whatever did this it's not a vampire. It's gotta be another monster from the knife." She said making Calub turn his head to Landon.

Calub: " Or maybe...the monster has been in front of us all along," He said while walking towards Landon eventually stopping in front of him.

Landon: " A-Are you serious?"

Calub: " Hey none of this started happening until you showed up and stole the knife. Which is exactly what the other monsters came here to do. You saying that's a coincidence?"

Landon: " Yeah yeah yes I am." He said looking at the others who were awkwardly keeping their heads down.

Landon: " You believe me right?" He asked looking towards Hope. But she didn't give him an answer and was still holding Silver's hand.

Landon: " Got it," He said before walking off.

Back at the Salvatore School, Rafael was at the old mill because he was in a rage since the whole Jet being the Alpha beat up still happened when Josie came in.

Josie: " Raf!"

Rafael: " I told you to leave me alone!"

Josie: " Don't do that. Calm down!"

Raf: "It's not safe! It's not safe! Getaway!"

Josie: " Calm down! Calm down and close your eyes. Close your eyes and breathe." She said making him eventually close his eyes and take a deep breath.

Josie: " Just like me. Breathe" She said taking deep breaths and making him copy her.

Josie: " That's good. That's more like it." She said and shortly after he opened his eyes.

Rafael: " Was that magic?" He asked but she shook her head.

Josie: " No, years of practice with Lizzie I guess"

Rafael: " Didn't mean to scare you"

Josie: " You can't scare me. Hey! Hey, whats scares me is that your dead if you don't submit." She said making Rafael sigh with frustration.

Josie: " Hey that's just the way it is ok?"

Rafael: " You're the one who said about making change right?"

Josie: " Not starting a revolution. Jet's an Alpha okay you're a wolf, that's just the way it is." She said but Rafael was looking at something else trying to tell her something.

Rafael: " Josie," He said pointing at the second floor. She then looked at the second floor and saw huge spider webs all over. They went up the stairs slowly and checked around. When they were checking around, they found a cocoon at the back of the webs. They took a closer look and found out it was Sasha, the girl missing. However because Josie got scared from Sasha opening her eyes so suddenly, she was caught in the web behind her. Rafael tried to pull her out of it but he also got stuck in the web.

Back at the normal school, Landon was in the bathroom when Connor, his high school bully came in. Landon just went out but Connor followed him out and stood in the hallway looking at Landon. Landon was frustrated and told him to get it over with, but seeing no response from Connor he eventually punched him in the face. But when he punched him, a part of his face came off. Connor then had spider fangs coming out of his mouth and Landon ran away.

By the same schoolbus of the Salvatore school, they got done cleaning Dana's body while MG later figured out that it was an Arachne. Lizzie said she could do a locator spell but needs something from it. That's when Landon came in and showed the piece of flesh that could be used for a locator spell.

Silver: " No need, I already know where it is."

Hope: " Where?"

Silver: " The Old Mill."

Lizzie: " How did you know?"

Silver: " REGULUS AURUM!" He shouted making a lightning magic circle appear under him. His hand glowed gold and from it came a golden lion that shot towards the sky in a flash of lightning and to the Old Mill.

Hope: " Come on let's go"

Landon: " Are we gonna ignore the fact he just made a lightning lion appear?" He said while they sat on the bus and were driving away.

Silver: " I can do a lot of things."

Landon: " Then what was that?"

Silver: " That was a familiar."

Landon: " So do all vampires or witches have familiars?"

Hope: " No, he's the only one. But it's more like extensions of his strength"

Landon: " Wait then how many do you have?"

Silver: " ...Twelve," He said lying. They drove until they came upon the Old Mill, where they then stepped out of the car and were about to go in when Rafael and Josie came out of the Old Mill.

-Flashback-

Rafael and Josie were stuck in the net when Rafael asked Josie if she can do one of those witchy magic spells. Josie then told Rafael how her magic works and that she needs to siphon stuff to use magic. Rafael then asked her if she could siphon a wolf, but she said that she couldn't touch him. Unexpectedly for Rafael, Josie kissed him to siphon magic. At first, it was a quick peck on the lips but later turned into a five-second kiss. That's when Connor showed up and Rafael shouted for help. But when Connor turned around and faced Rafael, Rafael and Josie we're disgusted seeing his flesh slowly fall off revealing a giant spider face. Josie then used her magic to create a fireball and shot the spider while it was climbing towards them. The spider got hit but was pissed off and turned into its full form standing at about 2 meters high. Just when the spider was about to attack again, a yellow lightning strike hit the spider out of nowhere turning it into ash.

Lizzie: " What happened?" She asked Josie with a little jealousy because she was with Rafael.

Josie: " We were attacked by a spider when a lighting strike hit it out of nowhere and turned it into ash." She said making Landon and Lizzie look at Silver.

Silver: " What? I saved them."

Rafael: " That was you?" He asked making Silver nod.

Josie: " Thank you. How did you know where we were?"

Silver: " Oh I didn't. I just used my familiar to track the piece of flesh from the spider and it found its way here."

Lizzie: " Well great, hero squad saved the day."

Hope: " You mean Silver saved the day?"

Lizzie: " It was a team effort okay calm down"

Josie: " Guys we found Sasha," She said making the others look at her in surprise. They then released Sasha and brought her to the school where they told Alaric everything. At night, MG then had to compel Sasha. Hope, Silver, and Lizzie were standing by watching it.

MG: " You're gonna be fine. There was a party in the woods and you and Dana had the time of your lives. But on the way home you guys got attacked by a mountain lion. You survived, Dana didn't. There was nothing you could do"

Sasha: " Dana is dead?" She asked immediately after.

Lizzie: " Just take it all away. Compel her not to feel anything."

Hope: " You can't compel her not to grieve."

Lizzie: " I'm helping her." She said making Hope shake her head.

Hope: " Tell her that it's gonna hurt. It always will. Tell her that some days will be harder than others. But eventually, she'll remember the good times she's had with Dana too. Tell her to hold on to those because it's the key to getting through this." She said while grabbing Silver's hand tighter and tighter before walking away with him and making Lizzie think about what Hope has lost and actually feeling a little bad.

Alaric had a conversation with his daughters about breaking the rules, and Josie spoke up about not learning any real magic. Calub and MG had their fight while Calub got locked up later by Alaric. Landon and Hope didn't have their talk so Landon was all alone by the lake. Alaric called Dorian and told him that nothing was coming his way since the spider monster was after them. Dorian told him to hold that thought after he saw a monster covered in mud break into the house.
