Roman nearly heaved a sigh of relief. If Harry went out of his way to call someone "interesting", it definitely meant he wasn't going to date them. Why was he so relieved though? Just because Harry wasn't interested in her didn't mean she wasn't interested in Harry. All women seemed to love him.

Normally he didn't resent this fact because they had never competed over one before. He had never felt any sort of connection to a female so why would he care that so many of them liked Harry?

Penny was different though. For some reason, he wanted to get to know her. He hadn't felt like that about anyone before. Beautiful, bright, and funny was a deadly combination for someone with an existence as dull as his.

"Roman, are you interested in her? You normally don't say stuff like that point blank," Harry said as he narrowed his eyes.
