"Absolutely not," Noah replied as quickly as she asked the question. He wasn't ready to begin to share all the more vital information about himself. Why did he even tell the truth about his teleportation and even demonstrate it? Well, why shouldn't he have?

There was evidence that she knew he could disappear, heck she might even have a video record of it, so lying when he truly didn't know anything was not needed. He would just overcomplicate things if he lied and cooked up a half-baked story.

Elder Sarah's brows creased at his quick reply, as all her nervousness quickly vanished and was replaced by mild annoyance.

"You do know I still have your life in my hands? I am still capable of turning the guild's powers against you?" she threatened, but only to see his reaction.

A cold smile appeared on Noah's face at that point, he really hated threats especially when they came from someone he could ultimately kill.
