CHAPTER 1: Symbiotic Lifeform

Alex clanks his glass with his friends' as they downed their liquor.

To be honest, I didn't really expect the project to go so well. We're talking about half a million dollar project here., Alex said swirling around the liquor in the glass.

Yeah. Now we can sit back and enjoy the rewards of our labor, one of them said half-drunk.

20 minutes later...

Alex and his friends walked out the pub, drunk and wasted. Getting into his car, he lit up a cigarette and took a light puff.

Sighing, me thought, With the amount of cash I have saved up now, I should be able to buy a house at the outskirts and put some of my life in motion

He waited for some minutes to clear his head before he drove home. Getting into his apartment, he took off his clothes and took a nice, hot shower before he crawled into bed.

Tomorrow's sure gonna be a big day for me, he said as he closed his eyes and drifted into sleep.

** THE NEXT DAY **

Yawn, he got up from his bed sluggishly.

After taking his bath, he put on some casual wears and jogged to the nearest restaurant.

What are your orders, sir?, the waiter asked after he saw him take his seat.

A breakfast delight and smoothie please. I'm gonna go to the restroom, so I want it when I'm done. Here's a tip

He went into the restroom to relieve himself. Half-way done he saw something rather amusing.

An array of colors suddenly starts swirling around, as a vortex forms in front of him. As he was about to zip up his pants, the vortex sucked him inside.

Fuck!! My sandwich!! My money!! At least lemme pee!!

After 30 seconds, the sucking sensation stopped.

Wait a minute, why does heaven feel cold. I thought heaven's supposed to be a nice warm place like a Jacuzzi, he thought and opened his eyes.

He quickly squints his eyes after opening it because of how bright the lighting was. Two or three scientists in hamzat suits seemed to be performing an experiment.
