Inside Stray City
Issei is transported into a large city with tall skyscrapers and an eerie green sky. There was a bright red moon in the middle of the sky making the more creepy and while Issei looked around for any movement, a screen appeared in front of him.
Because of a repeated action of a certain act, a new skill is created.

He used flight and floated high in the air to see what was going on. He saw what looked like a tower in the middle of the city and surrounding it were so many animals, fallen Angels and humans.
'Well, I think I know why they call this a stray city. All these are the strays who abandoned their faction and were dragged here or it was just created in such a way because my first encounter was with strays. Well, I don't know whether they are already dead or I should kill them. Let's start." He said and charged toward a small group.
He created 10 Wood clones and they all charged toward the unsuspecting group. Against a group of animals, he used Earth Spikes to kill them by surprise. He didn't even use observe on them to know their level as he is excited to test his own abilities.
Next Issei used his sword and reinforced it with magic and slashed through 5 fallen angels. He released the magical power in the sword in wide arc motion like a Getsuga Tenshou and killed a dozen stray. He used his outstretched hand and made a pulling motion.
Something like an invisible blade cut throws a 10th of the strays surrounding him as it tore through them like a hot knife in butter and reached him.

"Hmmm. An invisible weapon huh and is based on telekinesis. Then I'll name it Mjolnir. I like it when Thor outstretches his hand and his hammer always comes to him wherever it is. So I'll name it in honour of that from Avengers.'

Some strays tried to attack him but his clones dealt with them quickly either by Shapeshifting their arms into Spears or by raising wooden spikes from the ground or piercing them with wooden swords. He, with his clones, killed nearly 300 of the strays in an hour. Then with a rumble, a large creature dropped. He got a pop.
