This is a detailed map of everything that is discovered and explored on Earth which Google, a company uses to navigate across the world. If any upgrades are made to the current maps they are included in the package. This allows the user to identify a specific location which is discovered or explored by Google and its satellites. Any area which is generally restricted by governments or none reachable is not included in this.

Water Breathing- ¥500,000

Grants the user the ability to breathe normally while in water.

Other things look out of his reach like having an invisible cloak with the ability to make him invisible for most of the senses at ¥ 5 million and an Energy suppresser which suppresses individual energy, whichever kind it is, to a bare minimum which is of that of a normal human being at ¥ 4 million. And so on.

Those 2 interested him are a Translator and Google Maps: Earth. And Issei bought both. Combined being ¥ 3 million and he just had over ¥ 3 million with him. He can understand any language with the translator and the added benefit of writing them without any problem is a good point as well Google maps give him the convenience to teleport to a place and he would have the knowledge of the area and future improvements included in the cost is a good choice and without hesitation, he bought those two abilities.
