A Strange Combination

With his elbows resting on the wooden desk and his chin on the back of his intertwined fingers, King Zander gestured for Treegan to keep going.

Things were beginning to get complicated from here so he paid great attention to every word that his aide uttered next.

"However, the fact that he spoke to me was the biggest proof that he wasn't a feral yet," Treegan muttered with a confused look on his face.

Everything he knew about this matter led him to believe that Rein had already become a feral but those fluent and sarcastic words proved him wrong.

Not to mention that there was something else that revealed a different side of reality.

"His eyes too, Master…" He drawled out his words while recalling how he had discovered that strange aspect.

When Rein had first turned around to face him, Treegan froze at what he saw.

The two men were staring at each other so how could he have missed it?
