The Meaning Of Iman (Belief / Cognition)

Iman is the state of perception and cognition of the universe from the fundamental hierarchies of

potentiality from intrinsically within us as well as within the energetic composition of all universal things, this is the cognitive state of Tariqah.

If the servant does not annihilate himself / herself in the Absolute Being and Essence of Allah (the Grand Energy, our Initial Substantial Reality), they have not completed their faith.

If the servant does attain Annihilation (Fana), he knows there is nothing but Allah (the Grand

Energy who imagined all things with his being / Energy). At this stage of energetic / spiritual

development, the sincere doctrine of Divine Unicity and Oneness (Tawheed), which is demanded of the energetic wayfarer, is realized "but not the nonsensical materialistic ideological dogmatic idea of a limited bodily biggie god sitting up there in the sky who looks down to see what we are doing".

So, we must know that all universal bodies (subtle and concrete) are manifestation of his being (the Grand Energy).

Maulana Shaykh Ahmad At-tijani (RTA) said, as recorded in the book 'Jawahir al-Ma'ani': "You

have not yet realized the reality of the doctrine of Unicity (Tawheed) as long as you say that

creation and Allah are both existing, for where is their Oneness if two is affirmed (i.e. "Shirk")?

There is no Tawheed except when the Oneness is for Allah, in Allah and by Allah, and the servant does not enter in or exit from it!"

And the Shaykh said: "That is not possible except by way of Fana (annihilation)."

Next are the six transcendental stages of belief / cognition (Iman).
