Chapter 01: Reunite With Family? (1)

When the sun was yet to raise and everyone was sleeping in army camp a person in a mask was running around the running track at a monstrous speed and breaking the record of Usain Bolt as he was able to make a lap in just a mere 1 second in 200m long field even without sweating a bit

Soon when the sun raised and everyone was forced to come out of their sleeping space by the instructors

Everyone had given five minutes to prepare for warm-up before the training starts and in the meantime, a newcomer was looking at the person who was running around the field in just a mere second with an open mouth

"Close your mouth rookie," A man who was his senior walked towards him with a friendly smile and said "He is the G.O.D (God) so it not surprising for him to run this fast to be exact that not even close to his real speed"

"S-senior?" The newbie said as he looked towards the person and instantly salute in respect to his senior "Good morning senior"

"Haha! rookie no need to be formal stand straight" He said as he hit on his shoulder

"Yes sir," He stopped saluting as he said that "B-but senior what do you mean by he is the God...?" He asked with curiosity in his voice

"Well you are new so you don't know but..." He paused for a second and then after a sigh he said "I am bad at explaining so I will just give you rough info about it, is it 'kay with chu?"

"I am alright with it senior..." He said without any change in expression or the voice

"Well, for you to better understand let me tell you from start... since ancient time three were 'special humans' who possessed unnatural physical capability or mental capability or both, and those humans were later started to worshipped while still, it's only few that are worshipped such as Jade Emperor, Buddha, Many Egyptian Emperor, and more... and even today those gods do exist and the person who are you seeing is a new God... The God Of Destruction (G.O.D) or at least that what we call him... and yeah! Gods cannot be killed or hurt while gods can hurt each other they cannot kill each other... and gods also have ranking like; Low Gods, Middle Gods, High Gods, and Top 12 Gods" He said all of these with a smile on his face and the newbie just listen to it quietly but after he doesn't say it the newbie started to laugh

"Haha!" He laughed uncomfortably and said "Oh God! senior I- I almost thought it was real! Haha!"

He sighed and said "But I am not joking rookie anyways you will know about it in the meeting two days later anyways"

While they were talking the masked man still just running around the field countless times by now and didn't stop while many people thought he was just highly motivated the true reason he was doing it because it was a punishment... punishment for eating general's pudding

"I shouldn't have eaten general's pudding..." He thought to himself with a sigh

As he was running the general was actually looking at him from a distance with a smile on his face as he mumbled "Hehe... Thought you could get it after eating my pudding?"

"General..." A person sitting in front of the general who is also lieutenant general said that with a depressed voice

"Huh?" General looked at him "What is it?" He said with a calm voice

"General... stop looking outside... we have to discuss about how we are going to send Eric to his home..." He said with a hint of sadness in his voice

"Yea... but" He sighed and said " Yes... but it feels kinda sad that he will have to leave three days later... how many years have we been together again?"

He smiled and said "I still remember the day when we both meet him... 8 years ago when we saved him after destroying the terrorist base... and that time general you was Captain and I was First Lieutenant"

He chuckled and said, "Now I am only living 6-Star General and you are Lieutenant General... and the person who put most afford on it was Eric..."

He nodded with a smile "Yes... but we never thought that the 8-year-old kid we saved would be a God..."

"Yes... I am way too attached to him not gonna lie... he is like my little brother" He said as he looked at him through the window

"But... we cannot be selfish can we...?" He said with a depressed and tired sighed

"Yeah..." He looked at him and said "But before that, we need to teach him about many things... because all he knows is fighting and his godly medical skill... nothing more"

He nodded and said, "So... general should we start teaching him?"

"Yes... bring all the men who know about different daily survival skills to teach him about the outer world!" He said with a giant smile on his face

Just like that for the whole three days, Eric was taught about essential daily life works such as cooking, cleaning, small electronic devices fixing techniques, etc. and also all the knowledge a person should have at his age such as gaming, social media, studies, the difference between genders and other stuff...

While these days were peaceful everyone who was teaching had one question "Why does he always wear a mask?" but General and Lieutenant General always says "You may see his face on the day when he will leave" with a hint of hesitation on their voice...

Finally when the day when Eric will leave came and everyone was feeling down but also existed that finally, they are going to see Eric's face

Outside the camp, Eric was standing there with everyone who taught him surrounding him, General and Lieutenant General with tears filled in their eyes but none of them cried and Eric didn't even have any emotion at all

"So Eric... they want to see their face and... ugh you no longer need to put the mask on your face either..." Lieutenant General said with a bit of hesitation

"Are you sure, Lieutenant General?" Eric said with a cold voice

"Yes!" Everyone other than General and Lieutenant General said that in one voice

"Okay..." He first put his suitcase in the car and opened it after that he took off his mask w

without looking towards other and put the mask inside the suitcase and then closed it

"Come on, man! let us see your face!" The person who taught Eric academic knowledge said

"Okay..." He slowly turned towards them and everyone there other than General and Lieutenant General had their eyes widened in surprise and said "Oh My God..."

"Oh My God!" They yelled together as a blush appeared on their face because Eric had a face... a face with the beauty which can be considered illegal irrespective of whether it was male or female they would fall for it

And just like that Eric left from there and everyone else charges towards General and Lieutenant General to make Eric hide his face
