"Yes, at least that much I know." She thought it was weird, but she still responded.
"Well! We're going to buy you a car, but in return, you drive me to school every day, what do you say?" Max asked.
"Are you serious?" She looked suspicious.
"Yea." Max nodded.
"No, no, I can't accept it." Sarah shook her hand desperately.
"It's not much, come on, will you be helping me if I do this, or are you going to take the car and forget about me?" Max asked.
"Of course not!" She denied it right away.
"So it is, okay." Max smiled and added, "Speaking of the car, there's a store over there, let's go." He holds her hand.
"Err. But it's a BMW store, it's very expensive!" She was amazed and scared, she never went into a BMW store.
"Young Master, Miss, how can I help?" Very respectfully, a woman in a blue uniform with a suit and tie greeted them.
"The cheapest." Before Max could respond, Sarah spoke for him.
Max laughed but remained silent, even though it's the cheapest, it shouldn't be a bad car.
The woman was very professional not to be shaken and politely said, "We have the BMW 320i, it's at a very good price, $55,000."
When they approached a white BMW. Sarah's eyes sparkled. She loved white cars, and this BMW was too beautiful!
That didn't go unnoticed by Max, he smiled and said, "Let's take this car."
"Don't you want to go in and test it first?" The seller offered it out of politeness.
"No, let's take it. When can we get the car if I pay upfront?" Max asked.
Although a little surprised, since Max was wearing school clothes, she was professional in faking a cough and saying, "Transferring and payment is made, it can be picked up tomorrow. Or we'll deliver it to your home."
"Okay, we'll pick it up tomorrow, but I'm in a hurry, I still have class, let's do it soon," Max told her.
"Yes Yes." She didn't dare be slow.
Sarah, who was next to him, was feeling like she was floating in the clouds, 55,000 was spent in less than 5 minutes...
"You sign," Max said to Sarah.
"I…" Sarah was helpless, seeing him back off after paying, waiting for her to pay.
"Thank you so much for shopping at the BMW store. You can come tomorrow and get the car." The saleswoman said with a bright smile.
The car needed to be complemented some things and because of that it couldn't be taken out right away, but waiting until tomorrow wasn't too long.
When they left the store, Sarah still felt like she was dreaming.
'He's that rich, what if he thinks I'm with him because of the money?' Sarah looked at him and saw that he was relaxed, his hands behind his head as he walked, and sighed. 'Maybe I'm thinking too much.'
"What time does your boarding train arrive?" Max asked.
"Average 6:45 in the morning, but apparently there won't be more time, I'll catch the next one at 7 am," Sarah replied.
"Okay, I'll wait with you," Max said matter-of-factly, not giving her a chance to refuse.
The two walked until they reached the train station.
"Come, sit with me." Max took her hand and made her sit beside him.
She still felt shy, there were a lot of people around, and when Max went to kiss her, despite feeling very embarrassed, she didn't refuse.
The two of them kept kissing and talking until the ice was completely broken and when her train arrived, Sarah didn't feel like going. She took both of his hands, and with her eyes shining with longing, she said, "I'm coming, call me."
"Yea." Max got up and kissed her deeply, before letting her go.
'I'm going to miss the first class.' Max wasn't too worried. His grades weren't bad, and missing a class wouldn't affect him at all, although it was math class and Lisa could complain to him later...
Walking through the station, he took a book out of his backpack and began to read, leaving the train station.
He was already used to walking around reading, it was as if he had a third eye, as he didn't bump into people.
Now that his reading speed increased, he could read 2000 words in 1 minute. After 30 minutes of reading until he got to school, he read a total of 60,000 words. Closing the book, he had to go to the secretary's office, as he was so late.
"Student Max, why are you so late?" the deputy director asked.
"I was helping an old lady cross the street, because of that I was late, I'm sorry." He bowed. He spoke so sincerely that even the teachers in the office room believed him.
"Oh, so that's it, good, good. You can go to your office, I'll let you know what happened." The deputy director said with a gentle smile.
"Thanks." Bowing again, Max left the secretary's room.
