On the night when the saviour of the wizarding world was supposed to be born, Harry Potter the saviour was killed by the Unforgivable Curse.
The man who had made almost all wizards in Britain fear to call him by his name, regained the intelligence and ambition that had been rightfully his from the Horcruxes.
Darkness completely enveloped the island of Great Britain.
Wizards were divided by bloodlines, with purebloods firmly holding the power that belonged to those at the top, and those who were known as mudbloods were left to spend their lives as humble as mud to be trampled on.
The Ministry of Magic, where justice should be served, is filled with evil villains, and the castle, where knowledge should be taught, is filled with oppression.
It was in this grim time.
Jon Green, who has transmigrated, is brought into the fugitive carriage that carries on the true spirit of Hogwarts.......

It pain me to write this review because Im a big fan of author other book and seeing other comments calling it unique I thought i'd try it. BUT this is sooo depressing. This coming from a reader who like dark/anithero/villain mc and stories. This book writing makes you wanna jump off a building, its like reading a very monotonous sucide note. Dont cofuse it with sad since I've read sad stories that are heart touching but this one just feel gloomy depression. The only reason im giving it high score is because of author other work. but this book is for ghouls and Dementors 🤷♂️
Love the story. I have nerver seen a hp topic like that i hope you wont drop this.........................................................................
Writing Quality (2/5) - Effort has been put into the translation, which is great, but it still reads VERY clearly as a translation. There are sentences like “Ron Weasley’s palpitating face” that really ruin the immersion for me personally. Also, LOTS of tell not show throughout this fic. Tons of info dumps and monologues that I could do without. Updating Stability (5/5) - No complaints. Keep up the great work! Story Development (3/5) - Unqiue, interesting, different from the majority… but super bland sometimes simultaneously. Don’t know how to better describe it. Character Design (2/5) - Again, lots of tell not show. Character’s emotions are TOLD rather than expressed, at least that is what I have found. World Background (4/5) - Concept is dope, as previously stated. OVERALL SCORE (3.2) - An average fic to stave off your boredom. The only thing that bugs me is that I feel it could be so much more. But hey, that’s just my opinion. I would like to say to the translator that I think they’ve done well, all things considered.

Chapters read at the time of this review: 363 You can skip the rant below if you just want a quick rundown of my general opinion of the story. The rant ends after the parentheses. Rant about the top review: (I can without a doubt say that the top review on this by Limitleess is wrong and if you don't read this book because of it you are doing yourself a disservice. This book may start off shaky but the points listed in his review are only based very early on, he was only discussing a few of the heavier topics that were there to show just how bad the situation in the wizarding world really is at that point and doesn't even last that long. The book generally calms down on the darker stuff like that after the Hogwarts infiltration arc. If you actually read books online long enough then you will find this level of dark topics and story as child's play compared to some of the truly dark stories that I've seen online and can wholeheartedly say that this book at least a good one with dark tones that fit the storyline and aren't dark for the sake of dark, but instead have significant base in the story and is even explained the reasoning of which later.) The only thing that I really think could turn someone off of this book other than the slightly darker tones of the book is that you can tell the book was made with some influence of Chinese novels given some of the sayings and references made in the book but not to the point of it being overbearing, just noticeable if you read them. in other words at least from me, definitely a WORTHWHILE READ. I just have to wait for every update now though.
200+ chapters and only 17 reviews? seems sketchy.
ill come back to this after it breaks 200 chapter the chapters is quite short so its better to stack them more before you read, aside from that this ff is great and really different from the canon
I tried to give it more chances, but now I'm wondering, if you're translating books, why don't you go and choose only the best ones to translate, you too will have realized that this is not a good book, so why continue?
I would recommend this book. it has a unique take on harry potter that i atleast haven't read before. i also like how it is one of the few complete novel since many remain unfinished. you will not waste your time reading it. one complaint I might have is that others characters are not developed much. the focus is completely on mc throughout the novel with Dumbledore being the only other character to make regular appearances. others just appear for their arc and then get a couple lines here and there. still this novel is worth a read.
The fanfic is certainly unique but it doesn't give reincarnated MC vibes. I think you should give him more power and competency despite his young age. Overall it's a nice fanfic and I hope you see it to the end. Good luck🍀
this is a whole different book than the other fanfics out there, great formating and interesting premise
