A MAD BATTLE

The Cardinals intially confronted the enemy with their normal attacks. Blood Church was famous for a variety of reasons. One of their unique traits in addition to the fact that they were powerful hunters with immense Mana and Qi capacity was the fact that they could control Blood Energy. To be exact it was called Blood Qi. 

It was a unique kind of energy. When it comes to any entity that exist in the world, they manage to derive energy from nature or its surroundings or itself at the end. Just like mana was the energy of nature, or one of the most dominant one, Blood Qi was an energy of the body itself. It could be gathered that the most basic energy of self/body is known to be Qi. It is also called the energy of life. When one is able to draw this energy of Iife from blood, it is called as Blood Qi.
