Leon was sitting in the middle of his floor. He returned to the tower after he allocated a considerable portion of his forces to the guild management and expansion project. He had to do a lot of modifications to the Skeleton Disaster. It previously required a vast formation set around a city of dead people to formulate. It needs an influential figure to keep functioning. Leon had used Morgan's Element Knight Sanctum as the core power supply as it was a strong siphon and a natural absorbed and storage unit of power. 

He also embedded the entire necropolis formation into the Skeleton Disaster's body to ensure the domain was always functioning, and the giant pulley continued to absorb death energy through it. It also meant that as long as he managed to connect with the skeleton, he would receive the same boost which required his army to function previously.
