Love is NOT for me

Just as Tom was about to walk out of the door,  a hand reached out to grab him.  Startled he tried to dodge the hand but he was a second too late for that.

His arm was grabbed by a hand when a voice called out to him.

"Stop for a bit. We need to talk."

…..

"This a wrap for today." The director announced right when the sun has set.

"Everyone! Good job as always." He clapped his hand looking at everyone  present and smiled. He truly was grateful for their effort and he  was more than glad to thank them.

"Thank you director! Have a great day too!" everyone cheered as they looked at the old  director Chen.

The day had been long and tiring and everyone was relieved to hear him say that they were done for the day. Well, they had spent the entire day doing everything they could  to the power of their limit.

So, they were also satisfied with their day which did not go wasted from any angle. A day well spent was after all, a day earned.
