The red splash of colours continued to spread above them. As they watched, it thickened, becoming more tangible.
"Is that thing… safe?" Lady Luna whispered. She anxiously clenched her fists. "I have a bad feeling about this." She added, glancing at Aether. The young man bit his lower lip and hesitantly extended his hand over the glyph, feeding it more mana.
"I don't know." He sighed. "Let's assume it's not." He added after a moment. The platform sped up considerably, yet the red tinted mass continued to remain right above them.
"Are we actually moving?" Lady Luna asked, shooting a few glances around. "We are," She answered her own question with an alarmed tone. "It's following us."
