Alex appears on a lush forest near a little river in a flash of light that startles some little creatures that where drinking water near it, after getting the hang of himself he looks around and spots a few of those creatures looking at him in wonder and a little deffensive
Alex:"Hellos little things, im sorry for startling you, umm if you'd like i will leave theres no need to be so on guard against me."
What appears to be the leader of the group came a little closer to him and starts to sniffs him and take a few rounds around while check him up then turns around and what appears to talk to his companions and says
Bulbazaur: "bulb bulbasaur" for what appears to tell his companions, some rattata, spinarak, caterpie, pidgy, a lone fearow a bellsprout and a few magikarp on the river that he was harmless, and after that they go do their own things while still keeping tabs on Alex in case he does something that may harm them
Alex then sits near a tree and finally takes a look around at one of the worlds that left a mark in his childhood while thinking about what to do in the future
Alex: 'System, are you there? Could use a little info on where i am right now'

Alex:'Huh okay, not that far from where i wanted to go. But first give me the rundown of how my powers work and what you can do please. I also think giving you a name should be proper, would you prefer a male or female one?'
[Ok Alex, first i can create a proper ID for you that will be recognized by the world making it so that you appear on goverment facilities as if you where a proper citicen of the said country you wish to be with none the wiser, also i can make a background for you should you need one. Second thing i can do is help you in managing your power to create abilities or skills should you need me given that to use that power you would need a minimum understanding of the abilities you so wish to acquire. And on the subject of name its your decision but i would lean into male, i consider my self as your butler given by the memories of things that i have glimplsed from you master]
Alex:' Well lets get this shit going, make me an ID with my name on it as Alex Mercer(Prototype fan btw) as an heir of a wealthy family, mother passed away on childbirth due to complications and was raised by my father who went on a journey when i got on my 16 birthday to continue his research on rare and extint pokemon. Talking about your name i think it should be Alfred given that you called yourself a butler, Alfie for short. Is that cool with you?'

Alex:'Ok now that thats done time to experiment with what i can do. First i would like an Appraisal skill, hmm lets call it "Eyes of truth" it would enable me here on this world to check the Age,Name,Species,Potencial,Kg's and moves of pokemon, i would also be able to check what rare items are when i go to caves and stuff like that and their properties and check what pokemon would come of out eggs just like other shit i've read on those fanfics. Help me out if im forgetting something here Alfred.

Alex:'Hm ok no problem then. Now onto the cool stuff Creation Magic would come really handy at this moment so i can set a little camp for a few hours till i can start what plan i have in mind to appear in this world in public. And for that i think i should go with one of my favorite things of all time Gates of Babylon so i can have transportation with Vimana to make my entrance as grand as it should be'

Alex:'Of course my dear Alfred, of course. Furthermore i will be going on an adventure in this world for a few years where there are Legendary beasts that can sunk islands on a whim when they wake up so even then im still chillin with skills im making.(Thou GoB could be consider a liiiitle OP haha). Also i would like to get Instant Maestry so that i dont screw things up now that i will be experimenting a little bit with magic and the gates.
After that Alex spend a few hours experimenting with creation magic by making a few common items one would take on a walk by the forest by normal trainers like a backpack with expanded space, coocking utensils, chairs, table, then went onto food which he shared with the little pokemon that were astounded at his ability to create things out of thin air but loved the food he gave them.
While waiting for the sun to go down he start to look a the little ones near him that got a little bit of affection while feeding

And the one that susprised Alex the most was that bulbasaur, first what was it doing here, its not a place where you would normally find one and second it was his potential while it was not the greatest it also wasnt that bad it was also a pretty big pokemon

When Alex saw those stats he started to think if this was the famous protagonist luck of his own adventure (which it was, not gonna lie) and diceded he was gonna ask the little one if he wanted to adventure with him
(Alex PoV)
Alex:"Hey Bulbasaur, i got a proposition for you, would you like to travel the world with me? To become strong and go against stronger pokemon? To evolve and become the world strongest Venusaur there is?"
Bulbasaur:"Saur?" the little thing was shocked but a little conflicted apparently and looked at his friends while thinking
Alex: "Are you worried about your little friends little guy? Hm, i could make something so that they remain safe from outsiders, i have special abilities you see. You also dont need to feel obligated to come with me either i was inviting you because i see that you have good potential to be my partner."
After that Bulbasaur looked deeply at Alex and study him to see if he was lying for a long time they stared at each others eyes. When Bulbasaur broke eye contact again, he looked at his friends who where also looking at him while givin nods of approval and encouragement then looked back at Alex and nodded saying "Bulba saaur" and jumped at Alex lap
Alex: "Hahahaha okay little buddy lets do this, today marks the day of our partnership to conquer every obstacle our way"
Bulbasaur: "Bulbasaaaur"
Alex " Lets eat more to celebrate and then im gonna make a perimeter around this piece of river so that your friend can be safe even if you are not around"
