A knock on my office door startled me and I looked up just in time to see the last person I expected at my workspace.

"Hello, dolcezza. How's your day going?" He invited himself in without asking me anything as I knew he rendered me speechless from the unexpected appearance he made of himself at my office. He settled down comfortably on the couch and smiled softly at me like we were in a healthy, happy relationship and he just came here to give his lover a surprise visit! Damn him…

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked coldly and he shook his head in amusement.

"Last time after you asked the same question, I made love to you on your couch!" He winked at me.

I exited the building and it’s not hard to locate the Black Shining Audi which William sent for me. His driver was standing beside it & waved at me as he saw me. I settled down in the luxurious car & during the whole I noticed how expert the driver was because he knows how to drive through the roads of New York City. 


“You’re an expert in this.” I couldn’t help but admire him. He looked at me through the rear view mirror & then gave me a polite smile with a slight nod of gratitude. 


“How much more does it take to arrive?” I asked the driver because we were traveling for 1 hour & the car was moving continuously. Though I was enjoying the drive but also curious about the destination. 


“Just 30 minutes more please.” He answered & I sighed but didn’t argue further. 


At last, the car stopped at the gate of a beautiful house of Meadow lane, Southampton & my mouth agape in surprise. 


“This is the place?!” I asked for confirmation.
