A knock on my office door startled me and I looked up just in time to see the last person I expected at my workspace.

"Hello, dolcezza. How's your day going?" He invited himself in without asking me anything as I knew he rendered me speechless from the unexpected appearance he made of himself at my office. He settled down comfortably on the couch and smiled softly at me like we were in a healthy, happy relationship and he just came here to give his lover a surprise visit! Damn him…

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked coldly and he shook his head in amusement.

"Last time after you asked the same question, I made love to you on your couch!" He winked at me.

Alexander continued to act cold towards me and I stopped trying to talk to him. His attitude was confusing & strange but I assumed that he’s just going through an extreme jealousy timeline. Although he’s living with me, not sharing a room but a roof so that’s not very discouraging for me. I knew that he’s not getting much sleep for days but he won’t accept it either. I still have hope that he’ll get over that hurt & come back to me and then I’ll explain everything to him, spill out all my insecurities & doubts about us. Till then, I just have to wait & see where it goes! 


John was giving most of the time to his own company as he was working in my office in previous days to support me. Saira was also very busy managing the PR department so that’s why I didn’t get the chance to share anything with her.
