To be honest, Traveling Doctor Liu wanted to be the one to teach this method and let the younger generations learnt it.

But he was already old.

He knew very well that his efficiency when he was teaching would not be as good as when he was young.

So Traveling Doctor Liu didn't force it.

He also had a lot of disciples who could learn these methods and passed it down to the younger generations in the future. Perhaps not everything could be learned but even a little bit of them might be useful to safe lives in the future.
