The negotiation between Emperor Yang Zhou and Emperor Qi Kan Tian went peacefully. They laid out a few terms for each other and after it was done, they signed the agreement, which marked Qi Xi Kingdom's surrender to Fei Yang Kingdom.

"Yes." Emperor Qi Kan Tian nodded. "I'll announce this to the people in Qi Xi Kingdom so that no one will make trouble when Fei Yang Kingdom come and arrive in the kingdom."

And for the people in Qi Xi Kingdom to accept this arrangement, it was important for Emperor Qi Kan Tian to be the one to direct them. In this way, the process of Fei Yang Kingdom acquiring Qi Xi Kingdom would be smooth sailing.
