Chapter 43: Who is the real Li Tian Jing (2):

After Yu Xuan and surrounding guards dragged them both out I asked Shang Gu to take Xiao Feng outside to grab some food and eat. The adults had something to talk about. I motioned for all of the maids and guards to leave us all alone. "Li Tian Jing you've got a whole minute to explain yourself," I ordered whilst standing up and facing the war reading what was written on it. She looked crestfallen and only uttered one sentence "Ge ge I'm so sorry. I know I've disappointed you,". I banged the table and shouted, "Is that all you've got to say?" Tian An and Tian Yao could read the signs even though Chiu Yeung was holding a hand up to her chest she still smiled and pacified me by saying "Prince Tian You, you can question Tian Jing later. I think the most important matter at hand is to take both her, her husband and the little girl to pay respect to Prince Zi,". Tian An heard this and backed her up ordering for the maids stationed at the door to come inside " Someone takes these two and finds some decent clothes for them," she ordered. "Zhou Mama*(1) if there aren't any children's clothes then go and buy some. Remember it mustn't be too classy we are still in the mourning period," Zhou Mama nodded and headed out asking Tian Jing and Mr Sun to follow her out. I glared at Tian An and she laughed heartily. "Tian An... I wasn't done..." I scolded. " I know ge ge but if I don't stop you the table might break," she replied whilst pouring out some tea and handing it to me she apologised. I took a deep breath and signed. I took the tea and drank it quickly whilst ordering "You guys should get ready too. We will meet up in Snow Yard. Tian An you're to take Tian Jing there,".

She nodded and headed off. Everyone bowed/ curtsied and left. The only one left was Princess Chiu Yeung and me. "Why aren't you going?" I asked. "Oh I was just daydreaming," replied Chiu Yeung.

She got up and An-Ping assisted her to leave "You look really pretty today," I expressed "You look better when you wear plain clothes and no heavy makeup," I walked out leaving a stunned princess. I smirked and opened my fan whilst walking out.

Chiu Yeung POV:

"Did I just hear that right?" I asked An-Ping. "I'm not sure princess. Did we say hear the same thing?" she replied. "I just heard Li Tian You praised me..." I repeated. "Me too," An-Ping assured, " I didn't know that Tian You knew how to praise people,". "Next time we should wear more clothes like this..." suggested Tian You as An-Ping nodded.

Tian You's perspectives:

30 minutes after we were all at the front of Snow Yard. Xiao Feng had changed into a light blue Hanfu and Tian An, Tian Yao, Tian Jing and Tian Xia were wearing lavender Hanfu. Mr Sun was wearing a light green Hanfu. And I was wearing white Hanfu. Tian Jing's hair was put together in a bun with white ribbons. And Xiao Feng's hair had two little buns held together with a ribbon the rest of her hair was let down to show that she was unmarried. We all entranced together and kneeled right in front of our father's tomb which was right next to our mother's tomb.

"Father I've finally found Tian Jing. You don't need to worry about her anymore. She has a family of her own. Mr Sun here is a good man who can protect Tian Jing well. This is Xiao Feng her daughter, she's quite cute. Tian Jing is expecting again," I explained as Tian Jing silently said her part before bowing. We spent a whole 10 minutes here saying our prayers before leaving together. "Tian Jing, let's have a peaceful talk shall we?" I asked as she nodded. They all followed me back into the hall. Smartly Tian Xia moved to sit next to Tian Yao leaving two spaces for them to sit but I glared at Tian Jing when she tried to sit down. So she placed her hand on Xiao Feng's shoulders and stood straight up waiting for what I was going to say. All maids had been dismissed and the door was closed. However, before I dismissed the maids I asked Yu Xuan to grab me the home punishment weapon- a cane.

"When did you guys get married?" I asked "3 years ago," she replied, "So you were only 15 when you had Xiao Feng. You were a Jun Zhu why did you have to elope? And Why did it take you so long to be found?" I questioned. "Ge ge you know that since young I hated all of these manners and etiquette I had to follow. Both of us know that Jiang Hu's life was much better than mine. You don't have to remember any rules or such. You asked me why I would elope. Do you think Father would've let me marry Sun Mu Chen? Of course, he wouldn't. Since young, Yi Niang*(2) never cared for me. She felt that her daughters were useless. They couldn't fight for the heir position nor could they be used to catch their husband's favour. They could only be used as a bargaining chip for marriage. Seriously Yi Niang hated me, you know that. Ge you taught me everything that father or Yi Niang should have. We always had a nice relationship, you treated me as though I was your birth sibling. You never let Tian Xia bully me. So question number 3: why did it take me that long to be found? Ge I'm 6 months pregnant and I've got a 2-year-old daughter. Do you think we will be able to get here quickly? If I hadn't recognised Shang Gu then you probably won't see me today," she explained.

"You've come back and asked me to help you. You diapered for 3 years. It's not a short time," I reasoned. "Ge if I came back and asked you, you would've said that our love was only puppy love and that it wouldn't last," she quoted as I turned my back and glared at her. "Ok we won't talk about this let us talk about Xiao Feng," I admitted in defeat.

"Sun Mu Chen I'll give you a chance to be admitted as Tian Jing's husband," I started changing the topic. "Your Highness, what is it?" he asked. Luckily he did not call me ge like Tian Jing. I still haven't forgiven her. "You two are married this is a truth we can't change but since Tian Jing is back she won't be going anywhere whether she likes it or not. However, Tian Jing is a Jun Zhu after all. Even if she were to marry someone else the guy would still marry into our family as a Jun Zhu prince consort. As long as you marry into our family then all of your children will be acknowledged with our surname. So Xiao Feng would've to change her name and surname to fit her status," I demanded. "Ge I don't want to come back to this political world," stated Tian Jing. I glared at her and she smartly silence herself but she still looked unwilling. "Sun Mu Chen what do you think?" I asked. He looked at Tian Jing and he nodded. "For Jing Jing, I don't mind," he replied "Good!" I exclaimed. " Tian An go and tell the Kitchen to cook some of the food Tian Jing used to like," I ordered. "I already have," she laughed. "Of course, you would," I retorted as she laughed along with Tian Yao. "Then ge looks like this doesn't need to be used?" claimed Tian Yao. "That doesn't mean I've forgiven her. I remember that she's pregnant so you are to copy all of the household rules and copy them 3 times. You also have to copy the book Manners for a dignified lady," I ordered as she nodded.
