Claire couldn't believe that things still weren't going her way. Even after Camilla was taken out of the picture. She planned everything to be so good and smooth and yet, Alex refused her!

She was always calling, making it clear that she wanted him and she was even pretending to like and miss the little bastard! 

Dunnia kept calling her. She had to endure, she told herself. Her father was trying to persuade her to look for another man, and leave Alex Strauss, who was mostly damaged forever, aside.

"No, dad! I want him!" 

"There are other men, Claire!"

"None as handsome, or as rich. And, I doubt, that knows how to fuck like him."

Herfather was drinking his coffee and it made him almost choke on it.

"Watch your tongue, girl!" He said, coughing.
