"I hope this is finally over, you know?" Brigitte said, while she was preparing the food onto her husband's plate, to serve him. 

"Me too, grandma." Alex answered. "Can't stand this situation anymore. I just want to move on and be happy with my family!" 

"You 'll be, Alex. You and Camilla deserve it."

Camilla arrived with Davi in her arms and sat at the table, adjusting the boy in the baby cart. 

They all had their meal, talking about their expectations. Dunnia was trying hard to make it up for Camilla after everything. And Gerald was happier with his wife, after all, she had been much more open to him. 

"Let's go to our room." He said in her ear after they had all finished eating. 

"Gerald!" She looked around, fearing someone had heard them. 

He kissed her neck from behind and held her waist. Alex, who was coming back to the living room after finishing a call from work, saw it. He wrinkled his nose.
