Paralysis

"You want me to go into your sect? No... why would I even go there?"

"Wouldn't you like to have more friends? What about having a female friend, eh? I know just to person you might get along with. There would also be so much more to experience out there too, if we just stay here then won't it get boring eventually?"

Looking over at her expressions I saw a small scowl appear on her face. 'Oh god, what did I say wrong. Does this place have some kind of sentimental value or something!? Please don't kill me!'

"One friend is enough for me, but I'm not stupid. I know you would probably try to get help from others to get rid off me, although I could most definitely destroy your entire sect over there I wouldn't want to expend my time and energy on it."

'WHAT, she's stronger then even the master of this sect's branch? Even If I don't know how strong our branch master is he has to be at least somewhat capable if he was elected to oversee our branch, right?'

"Um.. W-What is your cultivation rank, if I may know."

Feeling a pat on my head I looked up as she smiled down upon me. "I'm in the 6th stage and the man atop your mountain is still in the 4th stage. He may not ever even reach the fifth within his life time. How do you feel knowing that I could single handedly destroy one of the most powerful forces around this area? Are you afraid of me? Do you hate me for basically forcing you into this friendship I've manifested? Tell me."

"..." Shocked by the sudden serious questions I couldn't answer at the moment.

Our eyes had been locked onto each other for five minutes as her hand which was once patting my head was removed soon after her question was asked "That's okay, even if you don't respond, I understand the situation I forced you to be apart of. I'm not going to let you go though, you still belong to me from now on. Come on, I know a nice little place not too far from here." Gently grasping my hand to lead me away.

Our trip over was 10 minutes of silence as we made our way over.

'I guess I have to stay here for a while, or at least until I can earn her trust.'

'Well, that didn't go well at all. How am I going to go back now? Maybe I could convince her otherwise somehow.'

The spot she spoke of was a small area with flowers of different varieties scattered about and a tiny pond in the middle with a single white lotus sitting atop it.

After taking a few steps onto the field I felt her hand leave mine as she walks over the little pond to sit down beside it. Following her I sat next to her watching the lotus on the pond.

"Are you okay Li Lian?"

"Of course.. why wouldn't I be?"

"Well, um you didn't say much on our trip here."

"Aww, you worried about me? Well just think about this place right now, isn't it nice?"

Staring at the place around us I could feel a small calming feeling from watching everything twirl around a little from the gentle breeze blowing through. The feeling while laying down here was .. almost addicting as my eye lids slowly got a little heavier little by little. Time passed without me even knowing as the the bright sun in the sky was disappearing over the mountain tops. Before I knew it I was being picked up and carried by her on her back while going back the way we came.

"Are you tired? Let's go back to the cave and sleep."

I couldn't deny it even if I wanted to. I don't know how long I spent laying there, but the only think I could control was blinking and turning around with my eyes. The rest of my body didn't respond to me at all as my limbs just swing around.

"You'll probably be like this for another day or two, I'm sorry but I didn't know that would of happened. That place was where those 7 people who tried to kill me died. After I killed them I kinda forgot about them until a few days later when some of their qi had already escaped from their body scattering into what used to be an empty field turning it into the small section of beauty in the forest with a small pond to go with it. I go back there every once in a while to see the plants grow and just think alone, not that I had anyone with me anyway."

Back inside the cave she laid me down on the hammock before proceeding to get in too, snuggling up behind me. She still hadn't put on clothes since she transformed so her bare skin was rubbing against my back along with a new pillow to lay my head on.

"I'll make up for accidently paralyzing you by taking care of you and your needs until you can get back up. For now just relax and sleep, let me do everything for you."

When I woke up and opened my eyes an empty cave ceiling greeted me as I laid motionless on the hammock. A short while later I heard footsteps approaching assumed it was Li Lian.

"Ah, you're awake look at what I found for you to eat! It's a chicken I think." Waving what seems to be a cooked chicken leg in front of me.

She seems to be getting better at cooking really quickly, her food she made only has a small amount of burnt-ness to it. Not knowing what to do with it she just kept poking my cheek and mouth with the chicken leg before coming up with a different solution a few minutes later. She even tried to just force the food down my throat and when it couldn't go farther she tried to shove it down a little more until noticing a some of the fear in my eyes to which she promptly stopped.

"I'm sorry, I really didn't think about his until now, but I definitely have a better way to feed you now." Thinking she finally had a good idea the emotions in my eyes subsided a little before returning a minute later.

She had taken a big bite of the leg and chewed it for a while before coming in close.

'Wait what is she doing?! Stop, get away from me, we're just supposed to be friends!' but my thoughts couldn't reach her

She leaned in closed her eyes and planted her lips atop mine, prying mine open with her tongue then transferring the meat from her mouth to mine using her tongue. While doing so I had been staring at her face the entire time with disbelief in my eyes. Even after I swallowed the meat her tongue was still in my mouth digging around a little. A moment later she retracted her lips as a trail of saliva followed her mouth from mine and with a slight smile she opened her eyes.

"Did you enjoy the meal?"
