To be short, it is a humanoid coronavirus.

Drawbacks: However, their is one cure that can eliminate all the Killers in an instant. It says its incurable but it doesn't say its immune to other things instead of vacciens and antidotes but it is weakness to sugar.

Infections: When a victim who got infected by Killers close to another person 1 feet away from em, Killers will jump to another host and did the same thing as its previous host. It will do over and over again infected more hosts.
