Infinite coma: When a single beetle went to a victim's back of its head while they are asleep, their consciousness went into a different reality unless the Stand stick to its head. In a different reality, the victim was un aware where he or she was. The coma will only last forever.

Drawbacks: Their are only four beetles on the user, when one of them died they won't come back. In a different reality, when the victim found out their is the Stand on the head and kill it, they will wake up from coma. The Stand was very weak and can easily destroyed. If all of them is killed, the user himself will also get killed.
