Appearance: Those Stands are always active and it is the User's cell's itself. On the Quantum realm, the real appearance of the Stand was 40 trillions of nanobotes, they look like the bugs from Startroopers but on black mechanic form or very similar to the nanobites from bloodshot. They can disguise themselves as bloodcells, cells, flesh...etc, they are all of the user's cell.

Superhuman Strength: The user possesses immense strenght, being able to carry ███ than its current weight, and can easily destroy a [DATA REDACTED] like they were nothing.

Superhuman Speed: With his Stand that could boost his speed, the user boast phenomenonal speed. It was able to dodge  ██ most fastest fighters in the world. It is also the exact same speed as [DATA REDACTED] and [DATA REDACTED] meaning its speed is over ███km/h.

Self-Preservation: possesses the awareness and reaction speed to protect the user himself. Whenever a entity hundred times faster than light speed, it can still fully aware of it. It could also aware of Star platinum's speed if they encounter em.

Precision: The user is incredibly precise; it can shoot a person in the head with a hostage in front of him in 20 meters while the user uses a simple pistol.

Instant Regeneration: Any wounds, limb lost, head lost, blood lost, etc, the nanobots or the user's Stands reacted to the body loses, then the nanobots on the flesh will flew to the other side in light speed, on our world, metal black sand closing the wounds of the user. If body parts loss including head or if the hser was cut in half, the nanobots will instantly healing the user like metal black sands fused back and change its color to a flesh. When blood lost, the user's blood will automatically turn metal black sand and flew towards the user's flesh inside.

With this ability, the user is an unstoppable force. It could survive explosions, gunshots, blade slashes, and even other worse situations and could survive Star platinum's barrage of punches without a sweat. If user got cut millions of pieces, that doesn't stop right their but all the flesh around the area turns into metal black sand fusing back to normal in 5 seconds. Even if one nanobot left from the user and the others are all obliterated, the nanobot could create other celsl around the air like em, like a virus. Week later, the user went back the way he was.

Drawbacks: If every single nanobot was destroyed, the user will be permanently dead. Only 0.000000000000000000004% to completely destroy all the Stands if its an average human.

Appraisal: In his view is like robots sees. He could see heat signatures, information scanning, tracking target using CCTVs around the world, etc. He's like an AI but an SSS-Class.

Molecular Materialization: Similar to Guns N' Roses, the user could command the Stands to create anything he think of including bombs and nuclear weapons. However, unlike Guns N' Roses, the Stand could materialized anthing besides weapons to vehicles, objects what the user commands his Stand to. Billions of Stands flew out of the user's body, find and take materials that are in an atomic level around the world and built something in light speed.

Drawbacks: The Stand can create only on the Stand's hands if its a weapon, if its a vehicle or other objects that is not for holding, it materialized beside five meters away from the user. One note that the bigger the object is, the longer the nanobots to complete building the object. The Stand can create anything except for any organic matter.

Matter Manipulation: Its most powerful ability, while contact any solid matter, the user uses his Stand or the nanobots absorbing that matter into one of them and create parts on the user like turn his hand into a long black metal blade, spikes on his back, or other things instead of the user like turning everything in the area his domain into the Stands or the nanobots. Manipulating anything on his domain.

Drawbacks: It can absorb or manipualte any solid matter except for organic matter cuz both are different and the Stand's power is not create to deal with life matter.

Phenomenon Immunity: Any ability or elemental, radiation, mind, spiritual, magical. Its immune to any of that, meaning no one could mind control or steal his soul cuz his part machine, even immune to magic, no matter how advance it was.

Drawbacks: Its immune every ability, however, the user is not immune to spatial abilities like Time Stop, or erasing space. Erasing space is the user's weakness cuz erasing every single nanobot they could permanently kill the user.

Story: In the year 19██, ever since he was three, his entire family died in a fire but his the only one survive, he was a homeless child in Manila. He's features is handsome cuz he was British-Russian descent that make him look like a foreigner. While on a rainy day, he was adopted by rich people and took him to Russia. He thought he coukd have a good life but fate desides his life would be. The people who adopted him treet him as a son also train him as a fighter. The organization his new family own was [DATA REDACTED], his whole childhood was kept training all type of martial arts, weaponry, and training his preservation. His parents thought he was like the other kids but Ruslan was very talented. Learning martial arts quickly, photographic memory, great precision, he was now top 1 among the fighting kids.

Ruslan's first ever killed in his life is when he was 13, killing his first target on his first mission. For 20 years, he work for his foster family's organization killing ████ every year, people call him the 'ANGEL OF DEATH' cuz if they are the next target of him, he would come, no matter where or when you go, and the reason he was called the 'ANGEL' was that he shot his target while holding a hostage, in his records he never killed a single civilian intentionally or accidentally He was a killer, but not a psychopath or mass murderer. He still felt guilt if he shot a civillian that they not suppose to be involve.

One day while he was on a library he met a person that could change his fate forever...He's first love, the librarian name Summer. He never felt like this ever, all of those killing and murder, he doesn't know what is this feeling but its unbearable, so he initiate.

He talks with the librarian a few days, weeks, then months and they gaining know each other. A few years they become a couple, Ruslan told his bosses before that he'll be retired unless he'll complete their condition: Destroy every organization that it is a threat to them on russia for less than a week, then he complete it.

He finally has a great time being with his first love until one day she has cancer. Ruslan, the Angel of Death assassin, the most dangerous hitman in the world, felt a forgotten feeling for a long time in his life; Sadness.

In 20██, after Summer's death, Ruslan drinks alot try to forget his depression, then a monrh later his back to his former job. In One of his missions, his six sense alert him that he step on his target's trap, unfortunately he was caught. After that, he was tortured for two months but he didn't care, then the people uses a golden arrow penetrate Ruslan for testing, he died in a second, in an instant, swat teams barge in the group killing some members, containing the arrow back, those are the Orion's Belt foundation's task force, they take the arrow back cause some mole in the foudation stole the arrow and take to his groups of criminals. After taking the arrow, they also took Ruslan to the foundation cuz he live after getting penetrate by the arrow, meaning he became a Stand user. The foundation agents told his foster parents he died from a trap with fake evidence, however, they just don't care at all. For a few weeks of experimenting his abilities and capabilities and his threat level is Red/Orange and giving him a subject name as Object #101. The High Council came to an agreement to use Ruslan for a perfect role. Ruslan doesn't mind to be in this prison cause he has no where to live anyway after hearing what his foster parents say is that they don't love him as a son but a weapon after seeing his skills, and his love of his life gone, on the afterlife.

With the agreement, that's where he agree the High council and create his own Mobile task force also known as the STAND FACTION.
