Appearance: It appears to be tall thin black humanoid with armour-like skin which is quite angular in a sleek way.

It has a neon light across its chest, a head that looks like a helmet with a sharp white teeth closed visor and energy horns. Two going back, one in th middle and forward.

Another note that this is the second evolution of Rickroll.

•Abilities:

Swap: Its ability is the same as Rickroll, but by using it in a certain way many times it had changed its form and gained new abilities. Rickroll can switch places with anything and anyone, but it can also switch parts of objects with parts of itself.

Copy: When the switch ability used on Stands, Rickroll(Top of the World) was able to gain the ability of other Stands. By switching a bit of itself with another Stand. For example, switching fingers, Rickroll was able to use the same ability the other Stand hand at the same level as it, but no higher and with no ability to train it up.

The user must also be careful where he places the parts. For there is a chance the Stand parts would mix their abilities into something new or cancel each other out, making them useless.

Stand parts that became integrated into the body, can not be switched out, for the Stand can only switch pieces of itself but those parts from other Stands that is now "itself" doesn't not have the switch out ability making them un-switchable.

Drawbacks: It matters not how big the size is, to gain the ability. However if Top of the World(Rickroll) switched out all of its original parts, it would lose its original ability.

Story: That's the same Teddy the Stand user of Rickroll, his real name is Theodore Orion, otherwise known as The-O, the host of the entire game.

It all started when a pretty gay-looking priest(Pucci) told him about a man name Dio, an extremely powerful and wise who gave up his humanity to become a vampire. Theodore(Teddy) was so interesting in this man, that he infiltrated the Speedwagon foundation to learn more about him and his Stand The World that could stop time and other things. After he read his files, he praise him so much.

When he learned the truth about the potential of his Stand, he is confident he could surpass him.

He's purpose making the tournament in the first place is trying to get his Stand a certain power while revealing Stands to the world in hopes of creating an uprising of Stand users to help with what he want to accomplish...To Stop time.
