Appearance: As it manifested, it creates a powerful glitch aura around the area after it manifests. @##!*%^& appears to be a humanoid similar height to its user, its skin is a Static Interference Glitch from a TV. It has two eyes glowing light making the design more menacing. Sometimes parts of irs body glitches like from a video game. It's design was like it came from out of this world, another being from a different reality.

Fictional Travel: The Stand allows the user to travel/transport through the boundary of fictions and reality, allowing them to go/travel into and between dreams, ideas, imagination, different forms of fictional universes, different levels or dimensions of reality, into conceptual or illogical/impossible realms, including entering Fanfic worlds, etc.
Logic Defiance: This ability allows the user to exist beyond and completely independent of logic itself, ignoring logic/reason as if it didn't exist, allowing them to do things without any justification or reason behind them and defining what's normal and what's not, this lets them easily do things that are not only impossible in reality but also in fiction as well, including defeating infinitely powerful beings with relative ease.
Another thing about this ability could also ignore the rules of any powerful character's abilities, Example like Alien X powers, GER's Return to zero, etc. especially it could ignore the speed or strength of an opponent, making them strong as a normal person to him.
Sodubro: This ability allows the user to sense any beings travel through time and space then follows them where they go. No matter where they hide or run through dimensions, the user could follow them where they go or when they go.
Erased: This most powerful ability of all could erased anyone in a blink on an eye. It is unknown whats it's full potential, but it could erased billions of universes in a blink of an eye, but that's not its full potential yet.
Reset: This ability can reset the entire reality back to normal. The user could restore billions of universes that someone, something, or he destroyed. It could make an ability to reset a person's actions similar to GER's Return to Zero, and it could reset people's memories.

Story: He was a normal high school student, only just an average kid, having average grades, having crush on the popular girl, and has no friends. But everyday it kepts weirder and frustrating; his crush was now taken by a handsome guy while he was about to confess, people ignores him like he didn't existed. People in his life is like the universe hates him or ignores him.
One day his starting to disappear in a glitchy way in public, but the most weirdest part they don't mind at all like it was normal, he was frightened, he calls for help, they did hear him but said he looks fine, that doesn't make any sense to him until he cease to exist.
He then woke up in a very bizarre place, a place where all the mistaken things was made by the universe itself, knows as the Void; the outside between all universes of fictions, the junkyard of imaginations where creators like authors and artist forget those what they create then throw them away, and extremely impossible to enter this dimension. The background is like a Static Interference Glitch from a TV, floating lands and objects where the places and things that forgotten, glitchy humanoids that are the forgotten characters or creatures that could make someone into one of them when contact, and countless bobbles floating in mid air with images of different universes happily or suffering in their situations.
Frederick was very confusing where he was until he was chased by the forgotters, those glitchy forgotten characters. He escapes them, for a few days he stumble upon a weird arrow penetrated on the ground, when he picks it up, it penetrates him and gain a power.
The Arrow he got stab with is the 7th arrow that Araki forgots to put it there(I don't know if that's true, so forget that).
For decades, he survives in the void killing countless forgotters and making his Stand stronger every seconds. He is now in his middle twenties and been in the void for ████ cause time doesn't exist in this dimension, and aging slows him. Currently wears a long cloak and a sword and shotgun-pistol on hand, and a Stand for support. Half of his face lost its color textures and sometimes, he glitch in a split second, his right foot is nothing but a static screen now cause he'll slowly becoming one of them. He even watches the floating bubbles with different universes in there for entertainment, he can't enter there eventually. The more he lives here, the more he realizes the Truth of the universe, noticing his universe that he was just a side character, the handsome young man who took his crush was the main protagonist and she was one of them and worse, it was a harem one, makes him disgust at that.
When he encounters a glitchy huge monster that was forgotten by some artist forgot about it. He finally defeated for a few minutes but something strange happen, when he accidentally touches the bubble, he phases it, before he couldn't phase it like its just a concrete ball. He now gains the ability to enter universes whenever he wants now.
For another decades of traveling universes then resetting them, he has something in his mind that likes to go: The JJBA universe.
However, when he enters, he was in the universe on 1970's. He thought he could travel with his favorite main characters however, all of the other universes he travel with rhe characters, he thought something new. He was also a fan on his favourite horror website articles, the Scp Foundation. So he started a new life in this universe being behind the scenes of the show.
After he creates the Orion's Belt foundation he named, he hides his identity as HC-01 with other members who work with him.
