Chapter 1

Run Charu Run! She sprints through the school hall, she doesn't care to stop and look behind after bumping to several people and apologize to her seniors. After crossing all the classes, at the very end of the corridor is her classroom. She nervously enters the room, eyes attached to the ground, she holds her bag strips nervously. She sit on her seat. She can feel all the stares on her. It is not for she's the heartthrob of the class but a girl with nerdy glasses and short hair. A book worm is a noun. She opens her history textbook and starts to revise for the incoming classtest, the teacher will take today. She is upset on herself. She runs all the way to school, thinking she's late but it was her clock's fault.

Suddenly she hears the voices of three boys talking. Their footsteps is coming nearer. She fixes her sitting posture and stoop down to the desk, only focusing on the book. The boys enter the class and move to the last bench. They are the last benchers with sharp mind and teachers' faith.

Hey! Did you finish the maths assignment?

Her friend who is sitting just behind her, ask her.

Yes, She reply turning her whole body to face her friend. She turns her body not for her but for him. Her Crush, Charm

Charm! Such a lovely name for a Prince Charming. His parents might were confident of him before his birth.

Hmm, do you need it? She asks her politely. She quickly glances towards him and then back to her. She gives her the notebook and helps her friend in solving those equations. In between she is stealing glances from him.

The boys are talking about the coming sport tournament, suddenly they all look towards the door. She knows why so she does the same. There comes her bestfriend, Sameera

Tall, well built body frame with fair complexion. Boys always drive crazy for fair girls. To add the cherry on the top, she's way too innocent. Boys find it amusing to play around girls who are innocent and easily fall in love.

She waves at her friend and goes to her seat

Good morning~ she rhymes like a kindergarten kid.

Whole class awe at her baby voice.

What happened? Why are they imitating my Good Morning?

She asks us with flushed cheeks.

Sometimes I think ,

is she a child or is she being childish?

Soon the bell rings and the teacher comes inside the room with his diary.

"So students, I've informed you about the class test. Open your copy and start writing the answer."

Students reluctantly open their copies and start to write down the questions written on the black board.

Question no. 4 , Ruby whispers. I tilt my copy and shows her the answer. She quickly write down the answer. She then asks for the next answer. I signals her to wait. I read the next question and start to recall the answer.
