Mind break

Even as i ran like there was no tomorrow he kept chasing after me everywhere i go in the burning village it was getting dangerous by the minute as due to the smoke it was getting harder to breath and i don't want to die due to CO2 poisoning so i need to get out of here as soon as possible 


I should seek out someone who can fight like Mc. As i was running i noticed i wasn't getting tired seems sus well maybe because of course i leveled up agter killing one dragon and my stamina was increased


So i finally stopped.running and faced him with a bold face and he breath fire on me and i got burned how can this happen i thought i was a god but apparently i am just a FOOL playing his game because i have no other choice i tried to do something but it didn't work and i was lying on the ground with my face burned  


where is my plot armor i am the main character so shouldn't I have one instead i get shot , burned , almost boiled to death , escaping gunfires , almost getting headshotted with an arrow, and almost going mentally insane due to a stupid decision 


I was burning  everywhere and my eyes were shut closed and almost was about to die but i feel a cool radience towards me and i was stopped feeling burned in some areas it felt very comforting and soon it stopped


I opened my eyes and saw the black smoke i looked here and there and saw Laura emitting green light towards me even though it was a healing spell but instead i got blinded and yes i knew because it stopped my pain


"I wany some answer why did you steal the crimson dawn stone  after this "


I raised my body and saw McElroy fighting him with a sword atleast trying to but nothing seemed effective and he got squashed like a bug in three seconds the dragon  just slapped him with his tail and he got downed


As he was approaching towards me i heard a voice 


"Use my power i beg you , atleast if you value your life "


I don't know why but i just unconsciously removed the stone from my pocket and it started floating and suddenly attached itself ony wrist


As I had taken excessive damage I fell unconscious 


I woke up suddenly i looked at my surroundings i was lying in a bed with a blue roof and it was made of oak wood on its left side it had a window and light was coming inside from it 


I went towards the window and someone saw me his expression changed drastically like i was some kind of a monster


He was scared and terrified what did i even do for this to happen
