Mind break

There were strikes of lightning everywhere and it started to rain . putting out the fire in the lawn . Though it didn't bother us much . Even some of the loghtning strikes landed on the ground  . 


During my fight with Lance . He was countering my every move even all my skills were becoming useless before his armor . I just managed to land 2 hits and penetrate his armor . But it didn't make much of a difference . 


But all of a sudden my speed started increasing and i started feeling less tired . While the shine from his armor was diminishing  . I didn't have a clear clue about what was going on but it is good that it worked out in my favour .


Soon it was a matter of time when my spear his heart . while his Lance merely scatched me . 


And Lance was on his knees . With the spear of successor in his heart . 


Lance : I I I I I lost . You have bested an old man like me . I can't believe it  . I can't die that easily .


With heavy and loud steps a girl with a girl with Silver hair and golden yellow eyes . She was wearing a simple white dress . She was so beautiful she could be said that she was made by God . She was so angry it could be seen by just looking at her face . But her face only showed slight anger . So elegant .


She raised her hand up and clouds started to gather at one place . And she waved her hand down and lightning struck Lance .


He eas hit with millions of volts but was still alive . 


Jay : Wait wait wait you can't kill him yet .


She refused to listen and prepared another lightning strike . I shielded Lance this time by taking the strike upon myself . 


Jay : Even though we both want to kill him just wait till i get my answers . 


Grace : I will give you exactly 5 minuted starting now .


I turn towards Lance and start asking for answers while McElroy and Terry run towards us .


Jay : Why did you want to sacrificr Grace .


Lance : It was to prevent the prophecy from becoming true .


Lance : Can't you see it has already begun . Strange beasts appearing.  Mana apperaing out of nowhere . All of the races acting out of place . for no reason . We wanted to stop it . 


Lance :The day when the  gate buster arrives from the gate there will be a final battle between two divine forces


During that time the gate buster will shine as a beacon for both of them . The one who shall have him shall win in the end . 


What does it has to do with sacrificing Grace . 


She needs to be the one who take the place of the gatebuster if he joins the opposition.


And one more thing i wasn't lying or trying to puts discord between your relationship when i said that you should stay away from McElroy. 


And Lance was struck with lightning once again this time killing him .


Jay : Why did you kill him i wanted to ask him more .


I readied my stance to counter her attack .


After she saw Terry her rage was gone in an instant . And she even started crying .


Grace : You are still alive . I thought u you 


Terry : shhh shhh let's not go there for now .


Terry hughed her . And comforted her . It was a truly classic romance scene .
