The witch was tired from expending too much mana . She knew she was immortal so she expended all of her mana .


She was unable to see anything and the surrounding seemed too quiet for her . She was heavily breathing as she recovered her mana piece by piece .


Her motives were unknown she didn't see humanity from the eyes of hatred or rage but there was not even a single shred of emotion given to them . 


According to her calculations of her battle she would win that was already determined by her . She put too much pride in her strength her intelligence , and her immortality .


She wasn't able to take a single step forward now move . She was standing still unable to move . And from the fog came a man


Holding two swords . In one hand the scorching sword of flames and in the other the moonlight sword . 


He stepped towards her as she frowned and despaired . Already fighting a losing battle he realised something . To defeat an immortal you don't need to kill them .


Using both of his sword he first cut both of her arms in one swing as she just stood there . Even unable to speak 


Her hands fell down from her body not releasing blood but still full of life . As if they were still there on her body . 


She suffered tremendous pain as tears begin to fall from her eyes to the ground . It was her fate .


Next were her legs . The connection between the body and the legs were taken out with one stroke of the katana . Her torso was standing on her legs . As the became unstable she collapsed on the ground .


She was unable to move and finally her immortality was the one which caused her downfall .
